He was extremely responsive and very friendly during our communications. Billy explained all the different options and was patient with answering all of my questions. We set a date of November 5th at 4p. On the day of the appointment, he was nice enough to offer an earlier time, however, due to my fiance's schedule it would not work out. Billy arrived promptly at 4pm. He was very respectful (he even took off his shoes before coming in-I have noticed other companies that we have used do not do this). He wore a mask as well. He was very thorough with the job at hand (he further explained what to expect). The job took less than 45 minutes. He sent the invoice via e-mail (you can pay cash or card) and it was lower than I expected (I sincerely appreciate it). I had enough; time to call for some help. I called Billy and he talked to me about Aprehend (fungus) as well as the other options such as heat treating. He was patient and personable. I felt like someone finally felt my pain and wanted to help! I'll admit that I was skeptical. I did my research and decided if Aprehend worked like they say, it would be the best option for both homes and my wallet. The whole treatment took about an hour and we stayed out for 6 hours total. Upon returning there was very little residual smell. Within 7 or 8 days, the only bugs I saw were dead. And after that, nothing. Zero. No sign of them anywhere. My only regret is not reaching out to EnviroTech sooner. Do yourself a favor, do some research (Penn State) and give EnviroTech Exterminating a call. You will be glad you did.
