Little did we know, the recliner had 'friends' in it, which turned out to be German Roaches. It has taken some time to get all of the roaches out, as they apparently procreate quickly and leave behind eggs. The fact that we tried to get rid of them ourselves for several months (very ineffectively, I might add) allowed the roaches to grow by leaps and bounds. The first treatment by Guardian Angel made a HUGE difference, and every time they come out, there are fewer and fewer of them. We now see very few, so I feel sure we'll be completely clear of them in no time. I have called every week since then to try to have this rectified and have always been told that a supervisor would call me. No call has ever been received. I sent a letter asking them to call me immediately on June 12. No call or mail response has been received. I feel like I am on a long list of unsecured creditors and they have declared bankruptcy.
