I have been a customer for many years, having subscribed to their annual Sentricon treatment for termite control. April 24, 2024 I accidentally overpaid them by $314.00. I have called every week since then to try to have this rectified and have always been told that a supervisor would call me. No call has ever been received. I sent a letter asking them to call me immediately on June 12. No call or mail response has been received. I feel like I am on a long list of unsecured creditors and they have declared bankruptcy. My lawyer has written a letter this week, July 8. I will give them another week to reply. I cannot recommend this company as they are not in the least bit responsive to problems. Roger D. We have always had good service with Arrow. Before using Arrow, we had many spiders around. Since the first treatment, we have noticed a dramatic decrease in spiders around our house. Our agent, Nick, is always very kind and considerate. He does a great job communicating what he's doing. We will continue to use Arrow! read more

They came out and treated my home with an initial treatment, and said this included a follow up to ensure the pest problem was taken care of. I thought the price was high, but they ensured me this included any follow up treatment needed. Well, I've called several times for follow-up treatments and they do not return my calls. So they have my money, but have not completed the treatments, and I still have ants and spiders everywhere. Update: They finally contacted me and came out for another treatment. I received two calls apologizing and the guy that came out also apologized and left me his direct number in case I needed anything else. They definitely tried to make it right! read more

i was not happy with the service they came out 2 times we still have bugs. in the past 5 years ago i had 2 girls just starting out in busness. 1 trip they killed ever bug and spider.i wish i could rememer who they where . as for now i be looking for a better bug service. and just kiss of there fee for getting rid of nothing much. read more

EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE FROM AN AWESOME TECHNICIAN! Earlier this week my apartment was sprayed by Jimmy with Arrow Exterminators of Broken Arrow. All that I can say is customer service at it's finest! I can not recall a time when I have personally experienced such an elevated level of professionalism nor excellence in customer service from a dedicated technician with such extensive knowledge combined with the ability, the willingness, and the patience to thoroughly explain everything in a way that I could easily understand. Previous technicians have simply come into my home and left without explaining anything. When I have tried to ask them questions, I was treated with indifference or they spoke above me using technical terminology that was beyond me. THAT CERTAINLY WAS NOT THE CASE WITH JIMMY! Even though it kept him here a lot longer than I am sure he planned on being here, Jimmy took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and answer any questions I may have had. As I was concerned for the safety of my my pets, he explained any precautions I needed to take and what to watch for if I suspected they had been affected. I wasn't just a customer, Jimmy explained everything to me as if he were treating an elderly family member's home. He didn't leave until he made sure I was perfectly at ease. This company has the absolute worst customer service. They overbilled us, and ignored repeated attempts to contact them. I left messages with the billing manager for six MONTHS, and never received a return call. When I finally managed to reach a different manager, she corrected the price, but was unapologetic for the lack of response. The service reps are great: courteous and professional--it's a shame the rest of the company is marred by a deficient office staff. read more

I'm a U.S. Army Desert Storm veteran, and was the first I.T. employee this company decided to hire several years ago. I was discriminated against because the owner didn't like how my teeth looked (due to an incident that occured when I was a correctional officer after my Army service), so she decided to demand that I take a drug test based upon my appearance. It makes me sick to see their marquee outside pretending that they support veterans or active troops after how I was treated by them. Guess what? My teeth are fixed now, and you're still disgusting. read more

I had them on a quarterly service at my home. 1 week after they came, I had a bad ant infestation. Ants were in every room of my home. When I called, they informed me they charge $25 to come back out since I am not on a monthly service. I expect to see a few issues a couple of months after the exterminator comes out but not a measly week after and think they should be happy to come back out to make it right rather than charge ME another $25. When the technician showed up, he proceeded to argue the company's point to me for nearly 15 minutes until I told him to just stop. The customer service needs work. Don't argue with your customers. Do what you can to meet customer's reasonable expectations. read more

Terrible customer service. I called to schedule an estimate and they couldn't figure out what territory my home is in. I was passed around to three different people in the office who were progressively more rude. If they are that rude when they are trying to get your business, how will they treat you when they have it? Customers beware! read more

This company is atrocious. Their technicians are slime and their office staff is rude, at best, downright hostile at worst. When the technician came out to my home to evaluate an ant problem I had...he couldn't stop going on and on about how racist and bigoted the owner of the company was. I don't know if that's true or not. If it is...shame on them. If it's not, the technician probably shouldn't be saying those things to a potential customer. Anyway, the technician evaluated my problem and tried to quote me a ridiculous sum of money to take care of it for a small 3 bedroom house that's only 1800 sq feet. He also told me I had carpenter ants. I did not take their quote and called EMCO. They came out and quoted me half the cost and told me I just had plain old piss-ants, no special chemical required. I went with them and they took care of the problem. I haven't seen hardly any ants since then. Stay away from Arrow. Their techs are skeevy and if this one could be believed (I highly doubt he could be)...their ownership is racist. read more
