They told us they could come take a look for free at 1pm. We agreed and waited till 1pm while the possums destroyed our bathroom. We get another call by the service provider at 1:10pm saying they don't remove possums and that they wouldn't do the inspection and we need to call someone else. I think it's completely unacceptable in the fact they weren't clear up front at 9am when we called them. It was no mystery of what the issue was it was clearly articulated on the phone we had two baby possums in our bathroom. So I don't know where the confusion came from.
