I absolutely love this place! My sister has been encouraging me to join her for months and I finally went this morning and it was AMAZING! Shanna is awesome! From her sultry yoga voice to her butt sculpting routines; she makes you want to come back! Shanna pushes you but she also adheres to certain setbacks that you may physically be going through and you still get a productive workout. My buns are still feeling it! Woo weee! The studio smells like you just walked into a minty fresh garden of NO STRESS haha. Everyone is so friendly and helpful; I felt super comfortable and welcomed when I arrived. If you want to switch up your workout routine, tone up or just leave that crappy day/week/month at the door and love yourself, this is the perfect place for you. Positive and motivating instructors that empower you through an incredible workout that will get your heart rate pumping! They do an incredible job of creating an atmosphere that allows you the permission to drop everything at the door and to really focus on yourself and the workout. I've gone to many many classes here and it lives up to all the hype! I was a founding member at this location and had a monthly unlimited pass for about a year and a half. It was and still is my favorite place to workout. It's hard, but you feel so accomplished afterward. All of the instructors are phenomenal, the music is awesome, the vibe is amazing and of course the owner, Jen is a dream. Such a wonderful place and community! I would still be going here regularly if it weren't for moving and my new job making it less convenient! But I definitely still try to get classes in here and there. If you are looking for a kick ass workout where the time will just fly by- look no further. I have attended other barre3 classes in Denver. I was traveling and decided to pop into an Idaho class! The instructor (and owner) Jen is phenomenal. The class was tough and had me in a full sweat. At the end of the day, I didn't feel like working out- I felt like drinking wine- but as soon as I stepped into the studio my world shifted. The music, the friendly staff and fellow students, and of course Jen's infectious personality all had me in a new state of mind! I left feeling grateful and and renewed. The barre3 studio is clean and pristine including fully stocked bathrooms with everything you need. I noticed a little daycare area too! They have adorable merch that I had to make a point to walk right by before I spend away! Parking is plentiful. If you are considering trying a class- just do it. You'll have fun and get a killer workout- heck, maybe even a new outlook on life. read more

There is truly nothing like Barre3. I have been to many studios in my travels and have fallen in love with Eagle, thank goodness since I live here! This studio has welcomed and embraced me. This barre class/experience is so fun! The instructors and owner are the most kind, motivating, and uplifting women. Jen B, the owner, has a heart of gold and really kicks your booty! Shana is another amazing instructor that I enjoy taking...but seriously, every instructor is unique and kicks your whole body/soul into shape!! Although I'm not a full time member, I love to incorporate this into my overall fitness routine! It really pushes you, and makes you sweat. Each class really sets the tone for my week, not to mention each class has the best MUSIC! (Which they share on their Spotify account) The studio is very beautiful & accommodating with amazing active wear and accessories! And as always, the class is ended with a nice cool towel with essential oils infused! can't say enough about this place, please give it a try! read more

I am so thankful that a friend told me about this studio. I have nothing but high praises for the owner, Jenn and all of her staff/instructors. From the moment you walked in to the last moment when you get your oil-infused towel it is a wonderful experience. This is an amazing studio! I had done a Barre class in CA a few years ago and was excited when I saw this place open. On my first visit, I net the owner, Jen, and she was so welcoming, sweet and friendly. This is by far my favorite teype of workout. Soooooo, I am visiting my daughter in the Boise, Idaho area and because I wanted to spend the maximum amount of time with her while I'm here, I readily agreed to participate in a Barre3 class, specifically this one in Eagle off of Eagle Road. What a WONDERFUL class! What WONDERFUL staff! What a WONDERFUL instructor! I felt comfortable in a workout class I've never tried before. The instructor was enthusiastic, friendly, I can't say enough good. I have had knee replacement and wondered if this class would be too much for my poor weak knee, but I was encouraged to do what I could and I had so much fun!
