I wish I had read these reviews before signing up. This is a very poorly run business, yet they seem very good at charging unreasonable gym fees. Please be aware before you join. One of the biggest issues is that they play the SAME CLASS RECORDING for each type of class. I didn't realize this when I signed up, and only discovered later that the classes I tried were LITERALLY THE SAME CLASS REPEATED for the past 3 months, just labeled differently. This was never explained during the signup process, and it feels misleading. If you're expecting different classes or variety in programming, that's not what you'll get here. Tried to give this place a fair shot. Management at staff constantly turning over. They treat it like a vending machine. No service.The saunas are not clean. There are usually no towels. And if there are they smell like mold from being left in the washing machine. Staff on premise does not know how to use the computer system , we have ordered items that have never shown up. And they refuse to honor the points awards telling us corporate won't allow them or they don't know how to work the POS system. read more

I am not one for providing negative feedback especially if there's an opportunity/attempt for a small business, to make improvement(s). I can wholeheartedly say that this particular franchise and franchisee (the Eagle location for which this review relates) are not interested in hearing constructive concerns nor improving. I belonged to this studio for over a year and a half. Through the year and a half I saw continuous staff turnover, staff not being present during hours posted and very shabby facilities with significant declination of cleanliness. My best guess, is that everyone associated with this company has thrown up their arms and thrown in the towel (figuratively and literally as there were never any clean towels available). The only thing I received when voicing my concerns and attempting to provide helpful feedback were nonstop excuses to the issues I caringly presented. When I got nowhere with the staff, then elevated to the studios owners, and even reached out to the corporate offices (always with utmost patience and giving the benefit of the doubt on my part)... I was met with complete silence. I am not a complainer by nature...this is honestly (and with sadness) the first time I've ever publically provided a negative review. Pretty disappointing. I won a 6 month membership to HotWorx through a charity auction. I contacted the manager to set up my account and he stated I could come in "any time" to sign up. In the last 8 days, I've been to the facility 4 times. The first three times the door was locked and no one was at the desk. Today I called for the 5th time in a week and finally got ahold of someone. I immediately drove over to get signed up and while the gal there was very nice, unfortunately, she couldn't get my account signed up and stated she had to wait for her manager to help her. I'm a manager myself, so it's super disheartening to hear that said manager isn't setting their team up with the tools for them to succeed or for the business to succeed. I am trying to redeemed my first free class, I signed up through the website, picked a class and time. After showing up to the studio I was unable to get inside due to the doors being locked and needed a pin to enter. I never revived a pin to enter, I called the location multiple time, wrote a Emil and also posted on your Facebook page. no one has got back to me. I am really interested in signing up for a membership. Just need to check out the studio before committing. would love for someone to get back to me, thanks read more

Very rude. When i originally signed up all was good however i wasn't able to make it in as much as i would have liked so i went in to cancel my membership. When i explained the situation and my intent i was told when signing up that i was given false information and there would be a $100 cancellation fee. However when i first signed up i was told there would be no fee if i cancelled in the future. I ended up paying the fee and leaving. l then called at a later time concerning some questions about my cancellation and the individual i spoke to was extremely rude, defensive, and overall unprofessional.
