It was literally my first class here and I wasn't even there 5 mins before I walked out. As a yoga instructor how you can possibly think it's ok to do that to someone is beyond me. That is not the type of mentality I'm looking for in a yoga studio and should never be promoted. Updating to add that Ali just called me to explain herself and the type of yoga this studio practices. She called it "militant" and stood by her actions in calling me out during class. I'm disappointed this isn't the studio for me and want to make sure others don't experience this type of trauma in their yoga practice if this isn't their style of practice. It's quite devastating.

My only slightly negative comment is that there is a slight smell of exhaust fumes, which could be because it's an older building and above a hardware store. It passes quickly and it does look like there is a heavy duty air purifier, so would not deter me in anyway from returning.

wow. I can't believe I am writing the first yelp review on this studio!…read more My friend and I went to check out LV yoga last night for the first time. The first class is FREE if you fill out the online wavier. The building setup its self is a little confusing but once we got to the sign in area we were squared away. The staff is SUPER friendly, the studio is neat and clean: offering large bathrooms, a changing area with shower and more. We did the hot yoga level 1-2 with Courtney. She was funny and sweet and very easy to understand. The class was definitely challenging. I am no professional yogi so some of the moves were hard for me but I did the best I could and she gave us alternate poses to do if we got to hot, tired or too challenged. I love the background music she played it kept me motivated at the end as we were laying there she walked around and put cold wash clothes on our foreheads. It was delightful!! My friend and I loved the overall experience and since they are running a summer special we will definitely be back!!

I've been to a few yoga places in the Lehigh valley area but this is by far the best place to learn the proper way of yoga. I'm currently enrolled for their "Heal the back" class and I sometimes go to the beginner class on Tuesday morning. I absolutely love them!

I have been taking private yoga classes with Megan for nearly two years. When I started off in…read moreclasses and realized that I needed to have more attention than what they provided, I found Megan through her gentle yoga offerings at The Yoga Loft. A quick contact via email and we set up our first lesson in her home. For 18 months, I was a weekly visitor to her private yoga studio. Megan takes the time to put together her private lessons so that you are continuously growing, both through physical challenge as well as understanding of the many limbs of yoga. While my private lessons are now more sporadic due to my work travel, I've grown to appreciate her attention to detail and crazy amounts of patience. She's been able to work through my health issues and limitations professionally and is never afraid to ask questions to help her deepen your practice. Megan's rates are very competitive for the local yoga market - and very reasonable when you are willing to commit to regular practice. I had assumed that weekly practice would be too expensive, and while it is more expensive than a weekly course, I think that it's a bargain for what you get out of her classes.
