I have no issues The price is slightly cheaper and overall the gym isn't as crowded. The weight machines are more free weight style. Id honestly say the treadmills are equal to Spillane's. My friends and I booked a class to try out on thanksgiving morning while we were in town visiting our parents. We grew up in Easton and now that I'm an adult, I would have loved this in high school. We took an hour long class with Allie and she was such an amazing instructor. She was body positive and was so helpful to get us set up on the bikes and explain the bike as well as the class routine. We all absolutely loved the workout. Our fitness levels ranged from beginner to advanced and we all enjoyed the class. The classes offered each day vary between spin and some incorporate strength training as well. The studio is clean, spaced out in between bikes, and is easy to find! I can't wait to book another class the next time I come home to visit my parents.

Ian, my trainer, pays close attention to my form, frustration level and when I need to keep pushing to the "next level." Unlike trainers I have worked with in the past, Ian genuinely appears interested and doesn't just "get by" with a cookie-cutter workout. I have also trained with Danielle. She is also extremely talented and good at making workouts challenging, yet fun. There are regular "classes" with the Workouts of the Day - these are customized for every individual. Over time, they helped my form, technique, and made me really enjoy the sport while taking my game to the next level. I have been taking private yoga classes with Megan for nearly two years. When I started off in…read moreclasses and realized that I needed to have more attention than what they provided, I found Megan through her gentle yoga offerings at The Yoga Loft. A quick contact via email and we set up our first lesson in her home. For 18 months, I was a weekly visitor to her private yoga studio. Megan takes the time to put together her private lessons so that you are continuously growing, both through physical challenge as well as understanding of the many limbs of yoga. While my private lessons are now more sporadic due to my work travel, I've grown to appreciate her attention to detail and crazy amounts of patience. She's been able to work through my health issues and limitations professionally and is never afraid to ask questions to help her deepen your practice. Megan's rates are very competitive for the local yoga market - and very reasonable when you are willing to commit to regular practice. I had assumed that weekly practice would be too expensive, and while it is more expensive than a weekly course, I think that it's a bargain for what you get out of her classes.

Childcare facility is a little decieving then how it apprears on their facebook page. On their facebook page it looks like a nice big space. In person, it's a small office room with bins of toys. It's also located in another building which I wasn't keen on. They may be changing this with the remodel. Only problem is we are a 1 income family and I can't afford what they are asking....close to $200 a month for 1 person. I know "you can't put a price on health", but sometimes you can when other gyms are significantly cheaper. I think they are targeting the wealthier folk in that area.
