The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable, especially the owner, Greg. With his too many to list degrees and certifications, he has an answer to every problem you can come up with. The quality of instruction is exceptional here. Do not be intimidated, they are extremely patient, regardless of your level of fitness. Beginners (like my scrawny self) will feel completely welcome and soon be breathing fire like the rest of the group. Some gyms make you drink the CoolAid, this one is much more down to earth, interested only in results for YOUR goals.

They maintain a "one size fits all" or "take it or leave it" mentality. The programming is stale. It is often copy and paste without any true methodology behind it. The main coach is too busy taking selfies or photos of his dogs. Complacent and cocky. You never see progress of it's members posted anywhere. Other class offerings do not exist. A reputable youth program does not exist. Kids are encouraged to take privates because that's where the money is at. The equipment is sub par at best. For a place that offers and stands by CrossFit only, CFT only has a single ski erg and no assault treadmills. Expensive membership for pull ups and air squats. The owners are never present in pm! EVER. Hate to write this but people are more than just a stick count. It's ok to solicit feedback and check in on people when you don't see them. Instead of buying your way into the Easton Wrestling community, you should value the people and/or families that have been by your side from the beginning.

Their classes are a unique blend of strength, cardio and hiit but the foundation is weight training. Each day has a focus and flows into the next so you train evenly and don't risk overtraining any particular body part. They have a separate LIT area where they offer yoga, body pump, dance sweat and Pilates classes. Members get all of this for a price that is less than just about every group fitness studio in the area. They smartly located a bit off the beaten path but super convenient to get to from all the surrounding neighborhoods in central bucks county so your membership fee isn't going to pay for rent in an expensive shopping center. This place is a "diamond in the rough". Finally, you will see your neighbors and friends here and if you don't know anyone you will quickly be welcomed into the Bria community.
