Burned up & melted electric box on our almost BRAND NEW BOSCH DISHWASHER FROM BARONS APPLIANCES.

With all due respect to the business owner, please se the photograph. If that is not a melted electrical box then please tell me what it is. AND YES, that was the reason for the recall wasn't it? Moreover, STILL CRICKETS from you and your company. Over three weeks ago you wrote right here, for all to see that your people would be reaching out SOON! Crickets. You can tell me how much you care about your customers AFTER you resolve the dangerous situation we have here.

Brought Electrolux canister VAC to Jimmy D's Vac Shack in Hollis that would sometimes not start…read more We thought it was just a power cord issue. It is only a few years old. In order for him to even look at it, there was a $22 bench fee I had to pay. (so I did) He called me the next day saying he needed the VAC hose because the VAC would not run without the hose attached. I thought that was strange but brought it over anyway. After 3 days, I had not heard anything after he had told me he would get back to me the day after I dropped off the hose. He tells me he has bad news. The motor is blown and it would be over $280 for the motor and a bunch of other parts plus labor. (And a 6 week delivery on the motor because it is not stocked by his vendor) I asked what the other parts were needed and he said "just more parts". Keep in mind, we only paid $300 for this vac. He then says it is not worth repairing. I agreed. I then go to pickup the VAC and he proceeds to try to sell me a VAC from his store. I polity decline and head home. So with him saying it was dead, when I get home, I figure since its dead, I'll open it up and see what I find??? Guess what, after taking it all apart, turns out it was only the power cord. I spent $4.95 at the hardware store for a new plug and it now runs fine. Also, I took the hose off and it still ran fine. Hmmm. Wonder if I will get my bench fee back. This guy is sleazy! I wonder how many other people he has scammed???

However I am a devoted Electrolux customer and if I have any issues at all I do is call Jimmy's Vac Shack. You cant find a good knowledgeable person these days that would take the time to explain the problem and fix it . Lost Sales Opportunity: I replaced a dishwasher and was…read morepleased with the product & service so much so that a year later I engaged them again about my gas wall oven. The key pad didn't work so the oven would only broil. The person on the phone advised I had to replace the oven or repurpose the space. He enthusiastically suggested a wine refrigerator and scheduled an appointment to review my options. A young man arrived; confirmed the oven needed replacement so I mentioned how the phone salesperson had suggested oven or wine refrigerator replacement options. 1) Gas oven: He advised not to replace it with gas oven and didn't recommend and models. 2) Electric oven: He discouraged an electric oven because of the existing gas hookup. Again no models shared. 3) Wine refrigerator: This was my last option and suggested by the phone rep. He remeasured and said that would not work because of a baseboard kick plate vent below. So I asked what CAN I put there and he told me to "go look at the website ". I said, well if you don't have a solution, let's table that for now. I'm also in the market for a new refrigerator. What do you recommend for replacement refrigerators? Answer: "Will YOU make up your mind?!" I complained to the company via phone how the salesperson was not helpful. The person was rude and offered no apology nor to send someone else out. Solution: I contacted the gas oven manufacturer and bought a replacement keyboard panel for about $100. I installed it myself in 5 minutes. The original oven works like new.

I bought a stove about a month ago. I used them because they are local and close by (less than 10…read moremiles) and I needed delivery. They gladly took my money and the sale and I still have not received the stove nor heard from them except for when they called soon after the sale to say they couldn't deliver due to road weight restrictions. I'm pretty sure the kitchen stove doesn't weight 6 tons but I'm not an expert like them. They suggested that I pick it up myself. like I said, I'm not an appliance expert but I don't think I can fit it into my small SUV or drag it into the house by myself. After the lies and ridiculously long wait for a stove that they claim to have in stock I would never do business with them again and I am ready for a refund on an item that is never arriving!
