We called GE and they were useless but gave us a few local places to call for service. None of them could help us for weeks or wanted an obscene amount of money just to walk in. After some research we reached out 603 Appliance Service and we were absolutely thrilled with their professionalism. They came right out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an extremely reasonable quote. When the part came in they came back and fixed the fridge. The cherry on top was the guy took the time to clean up under the fridge! If we ever need another repair they will be our first call!

The dryer problem is now in process, but why has my refrigerator been broken for a month? Charlene is the manager of the Baron's store in Nashua, NH (over 30 miles away) and is the only person I've encountered at Baron's that seems to grasp the concept of "customer service"!
