We called GE and they were useless but gave us a few local places to call for service. None of them could help us for weeks or wanted an obscene amount of money just to walk in. After some research we reached out 603 Appliance Service and we were absolutely thrilled with their professionalism. They came right out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an extremely reasonable quote. When the part came in they came back and fixed the fridge. The cherry on top was the guy took the time to clean up under the fridge! If we ever need another repair they will be our first call!

Even though I bought it from the company that existed previously. Why come in the first place ? Did not recommend anyone who could service it. It's been running fine for years.
