    Poor experience with the Nashua store. Charlene the manager is very unprofessional. Will never buy from Barons again.

    Went to Home Depot in Concord NH about 2 months back. Had my young kids with me and they needed to…read moreuse the bathroom. Nothing out of the ordinary, what was odd was Amelia or whatever her name is it's hard to read her name on her apron with that purple ice cream cone painted on it. She works in the front end at the self checkout. So finished my shopping. Went to check Amelia pulls me aside to tell me that as kids start using the bathroom on their own they shouldn't be using the handicapped stall because if her disabled coworker was there that day she wouldn't be able to Go to the bathroom. Needless to say luckily I'm a nice guy cause other people would make a huge scene over this. So I walked away and she continued to follow me to make her point when I clearly did not want to hear it trying keep my cool till I got home. After getting home I called the store to file complaint about her inappropriate behavior. To recap this woman was watching my minor child in the bathroom!!! She continued to harass me at the check out about her stall choice. What this woman fails miserably at is not all disabilities are external. My Daughter is autistic and has severe claustrophobia. And when she needs to use that bathroom at her age she is going to use whatever stall she feels comfortable in! Final note I was in the Concord Home Depot a couple of weeks ago by myself because I will no longer take my kids there, and Amelia still works there even after watching a minor in the bathroom and harassing me at the checkout. And I know they don't care about one person's review, but I needed to share this.

I have an odd request I need a piece of wood 29x21 preferably plywood.He brought me over to show me some cut wood so I wouldnt need to to buy a full sheet. He pulled it out and cut it to my specs for a reasonable price. Don't let the man go he was very polite and he new where everything was. I was impressed. Thank you for the great service

    Vizio TV bought just over a year ago dies. It broke and the Vizio warranty passed so used my Geek…read moreSquad protection plan. They would not replace the TV as they don't carry that brand anymore, and it worked when they plugged it in. Even after telling them it was a sporadic problem where it would sometimes just turn off, then start again in another language or not recognize the HDMI input from out Dish receiver. or it would not start up correctly after being turned off sometimes. I also told him a did all of the Vizio suggestions like a hard factory reset and change the HDMI cable. He said it is flagged to be sent to their repair center for repair. 1 to 3 weeks. After 1 week no word from them and when I checked it said still in transit and that the info had not been updated since day 1 (a week before). What really concerns me is the tech (LOL) wrote his suggestions that did not include what I had said and he suggested it might just need a reset! If they simply reset it and send it back we will be wasting another long round trip when it dies again! I have to wonder if and when we will ever hear from this joke of a company that never answers the phone or have a supervisor in the store to talk to. When you call it eventually goes to a central answering division who can't help. Date of experience: March 20, 2025

Second: Purchased large expensive TV a month ago (was not aware of the service...) , due to remote location, and difficulty to drive tv around due to size, wanted to exchange/ repair tv, no way to contact the store. 1800 phone of Best Buy send an internal message to manager of the store, Joe, and he never responded back. Went in person after driving over 1h and explained all to the manager Joe and Joe had no will to help, gave us 1800 Best Buy GeekSquad number and they don't service LG. We said we did all this, he insisted is the way to go. So we called again and same answer, GeekSquad is a total joke. All this wait was over 15 days of return policy.... Seems bad reviews about him also with other customers... A total waste of time with this store that has 0.0 knowledge or will to help a customer. Save your stress and get electronic from a reputable place with better customer service even if you have to pay few pennies more. Mistake to deal with them and BestBuy in general. The store, management, online support, chat, senior representative on phone, has all our informations to fix the issue and no one bothered calling to fix it.

    We needed a new mattress for quite awhile, so when the time finally came I had to do my research. I…read morebegan by checking out the larger stores and it's true they all had some really comfy sets. But the prices seemed to be what was keeping all the lights on and paying for all that staff at those gigantic stores. So , I started searching for a few alternatives and hoped that we weren't going to run into the same problem we did when we bought our living room set at a discounted rate at furniture discounters...we will be regretting that for awhile. Anyway, I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised by the number of Mattress sets that Affordable Mattress fit into their little home. Then once we began laying on them we knew we had found the right place. There are no mark ups to pay for 15 people to stand around or to keep that gigantic store filled with inventory- it's just a bunch of comfortable good quality mattresses with the owner and a little help every now and to make the deliveries. There isn't any clearance sales that never seem to end either....just a happy guy who makes a good living by selling his products at a fair price. Dana explained because he sells them so reasonable he is able to sell a whole lot more than he ever imagined. So why not make everyone happy - especially if he can make just as good of a paycheck by selling a whole lot more quantity without taking away the quality. So, if you could care less about all the fancy gimmicks and the cruise giveaway that we never hear about anyone actually winning and simply want a good quality mattress at a fair price then do yourself a favor and at least check out Affordable Mattress. Don't let the location or the outside of the building fool you....there is a fairly good size selection inside and the prices can;t be beat. PLUS if you are looking for some financing options he also works with Crest Financial who can help you build your credit....all you need is $40 down, a checking account and a steady income. Tell Dana that John and Melissa Sheehy say Hi! We can almost guarantee you will be happy when you leave there with the mattress of your dreams for a 1/3 of the price of what you would pay at the larger retailers in the area and one more thing...
