I called Accurate Appliance on 4/1 and they got me in on 4/2. Arrived at the beginning of the window they said they would be here and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our broken ice maker. Part was ordered and then they contacted me less than a week later to coordinate repair which happened today. Again, arrived on time and performed the repair. Will definitely be keeping their number for any other appliance issues and will be referring our friends and neighbors to them. read more

I had a great experience with Accurate Appliance. My dishwasher was not draining correctly. I called on Monday and was given and 2 hours window (11am - 1pm) on Tuesday. Andrew, the technician showed up at 11:20, immediately troubleshot the problem, had it fixed in 20 min. He tested the dishwasher multiple times before leaving to make sure it was working correctly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, As a female I felt comfortable having him in my home. I also though his price was far $79 to show up and diagnose that would get used toward the price of repair if it exceeded the $79. read more

I've come to expect nothing but the best from Andrew when it comes to servicing major appliances (even Samsung, which no one else wants to touch!). He's come out on several occasions to repair my appliances and he is a rarity: he can fix anything and do it well, always keeping prices very reasonable and keeping in mind what is best for his clients. He's a great diagnostician -- which you have to be with the level of technical complexity built into today's appliances. Andrew has been incredible about accommodating my schedule, and also being available quickly to help out with emergencies. He is NOT the typical service person who arrives a week or two after you call, and who may or may not be able to diagnose the problem nonetheless know how to fix it; Virtually every repair Andrew has made is done on the spot, or within a couple of days if a part is needed. He is not a "technician" with minimal training but hoping to sell you something new for a commission. He knows his stuff, and even better, how to think out of the box to get the job done. I can't speak highly enough of Andrew. He provides the kind of service that simply does not exist anymore. I trust him implictly, because he's up front about what he finds and what your options are. He is honest, accessible and very good at his job. He's also loyal to his clients and will go above and beyond for them. Andrew has the work ethic and professionalism, combined with his genuine interest in the needs of his clients, that just do not exist in 2017. I just cannot recommend him highly enough! read more
