From the start, they were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and their pricing was very reasonable. A special shoutout to Eric, who handled the installation. The work was done in the middle of summer, and anyone who's been in an unconditioned attic in the knows how brutal the heat can be. Despite the tough conditions, Eric worked hard, stayed professional, and made sure everything was installed correctly. It's refreshing to find a company that delivers quality work, sticks to its schedule, and charges a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dustbusters to anyone needing any air quality needs.

The dust was black and we were have allergy problems. Called Dustbusters in Ludlow, MA and set of a time. They were on time and got right to work. We live in the age of convenience. But, if you do not know how to fix it, you should pay for it…read more But the emergency fund is not always available, when you have experienced this kind of emergency, you need help from someone who knows better. I had two experiences which Whirlpool washer I purchased four years ago, First one is about the door lock, error code was E01 F03, I looked after the solution by googling and YouTube. That thing was not easy when you encounter first time, I called them the service, Bob came in same day, he fixed for me, I paid because, the time was just passed the warranty period. The second time was happened just couple of days ago. This time was not the door issue but about the drain pump which is not working. I called them, and they scheduled me next day, then they ordered the pump and fixed the next day, it costs me about two hundreds which include the cost of service and the pump. I called the other service center for the repair, when I was waiting. They said, they will charge me $99.00 even though there is no repair. Maybe, I try to show that what is the better option to choose when you have similar occasion. I suggest their Good service and better timing. Thanks Bob.

At least one major appliance cost more than it's "big chain" competition, but I try to do business with smaller shops like Quimby's. The appliances so far are mostly satisfactory. When I had a problem with one, however, the owner did not follow up when requested and instead I was treated very poorly over a simple misunderstanding related to delivery. I do not deserve to be spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully for any reason - especially at these prices.

Countywide came out that same day, also found that Hurley and David had disconnected some wires so I couldn't restart the furnace. Countywide got it restarted did a combustion test that showed the furnace was indeed safe and actually over 90% efficient. Hurley and David was trying to sell me a new furnace when a couple hundred dollar repair got mine fixed. I called TK Lyden looking for assistnace with my Mom's generator - which was not cycling properly…read moreand as a result left her stuck and disoriented in her basement when the Generac failed. Isnt that the point of annual maintenance? Avoid a failure when you really need it. She had been working with another certified Generac contractor in Marlboro annually and had a maintnence contract - which we now know was not being fulfilled properly. Oil was being changed, but nothing else. The batteryhad never been replaced on a Generac that was installed in 2015. We I found TK Lyden and was happy to speak to Kerri. She immeditely put me at ease. Throughout our conversation and emails, which included a welcome letter and complete pricing, it was obvious that they know their business. Long story short - we had complete Generac service with TK Lyden and couldn't be happier. We chose to install a heat kit, which seems to have helped the over all issue. Generac is back to it's Thursday cycle and we're happy to hear it evey week We terminated our service agreement with out former group and signed on with TK Lyden. We look forward to a long relationship with TK Lyden.

When I called them to come out and fix the problem they wanted to charge me time and a half for the service call even though I had a service contract. Their reasoning was that it was my fault that I didn't prevent snow from getting inside the air filter. They claimed to have sent out a mass email a month ago notifying all their customers of this possible issue, I never viewed it and no follow-up was ever sent. Not happy, now I'm looking for a new service company.
