DO NOT SHOP HERE Update: they found my bracelet 5 YEARS later!!! They asked me to come in to get it. And told me Covid happened and they still couldn't locate it..I pointed out that they had 2 years before Covid happened to find it.. but was interrupted constantly not letting me talk saying how important I was as a customer and that the relationship was so important that I was important to them ... only thing I could get in was "if I was so important why would it take you 5 years to find my bracelet?" After telling me I had signed out for the bracelet and took it 5 years ago which I had not and said so... as far as I knew they stole it,never thought I'd get it back... Again I've known these ladies for a long time and it makes me sad that they treat customers like this I know I'm not the only one and they KNEW me... go to Ventura they have multiple jewelers that won't treat you like this... chances are if you're going in there you're ready to spend some $ give it to someone who treats you well!!! PLUS they didn't even clean my tarnished bracelet lol NOT CLASSY girls!! Plus side I got it back and I got to see who they really are and won't support them, very friendly at the beginning...but shady underneath

The ring théy replaced the print setting... the whole thing, prongs and all SNAPPED OFF CLEAN with the loss of a 2 carat stone.

The unprofessionalism is at a level I have never experienced. I'm am in shock, awe and disgust. My parents are out of $10,000 left with a product that was defective, an appraisal that wouldn't have held up to insurance had it been stolen, (luckily, because it was defective/damaged, insurance is covering it). They redid the prong setting in my moms wedding ring she's had for 21 years. They used metals that reacted against each other so that the ENTIRE SETTING snapped off at the base, losing my mothers cherished 2+ carat diamond. I have photos, and I intend on reporting them to the BBB. These people ARE NOT JEWELERS. They are incompetent frauds. DO NOT trust these people. There is more to this story. This is just the tip of the volcano.

Doesn't get better than this! I love this store!

The man of my dreams asked me to marry him and I was thrilled! Amongst all the excitement and the celebration, I had one thing on my mind... I finally get to have Baroness jeweler's help us pick out and custom design the perfect wedding rings for us. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted Julia and Ilene to help us pick out wedding our wedding rings. Throughout the entire process, Julia and Ilene were absolutely amazing. When we were picking out rings I was overwhelmed with how beautiful they all were! I loved how they explained each unique detail about every ring and design. My fiancé and I have crazy schedules just like everyone else, even so, Julia and Ilene has always found time to help us pick out the perfect rings! Thank you Baroness Jeweler's for helping us pick the most beautiful rings!

The Baroness Jewelers helped me make this the most memorable day ever.

Had a great experience here, the 2 ladies running the place are very helpful and sweet. Will definitely go back and give them more business.

I had some jewelry I wanted to sell. Great service and fair price…read more Highly recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Fox Jewelry in Ventura…read more I came in with a buyer to not only sell my peice of jewelry, but also have the buyer resize the ring with the store. A staff member confidently told me (IN FRONT OF MY BUYER) that my IGI-certified 4CT lab-grown diamond was fake and "for sure Cubic Zirconia", even after I demonstrated the paperwork. After more staff members took a look, they come back to confirm it WAS actually a lab diamond (like I tried to explain!) That level of contradiction is beyond unprofessional and completely destroyed trust in the middle of a sale. On top of that, they tried to quote me around $3,000 to "rebuild" the ring because the band is thin, which felt wildly inflated. However, another person on the floor was much kinder and explained that this was due to the professional grade. Either way, she was much more informative than the other person that did not know the difference between a CZ and a diamond. This was embarrassing, frustrating, and handled terribly. I would not trust their judgment. Get a second opinion somewhere else.

This shop is truly for every body and every budget, which honestly feels refreshing. You'll find a thoughtful mix of vintage and secondhand pieces, locally made ceramics, jewelry, and other treasures that make it very hard to leave empty-handed (I tried, I failed). And yes, they've got great stuff for men too. Andi, the owner, has curated a space that feels intentional and community-rooted and does an amazing job working closely with local artists and giving them a platform. You can really feel that care throughout the shop, especially if you've ever stopped by during the Old Town Goleta Community Walk. Alyssa is also an absolute gem. Warm, helpful, and happy to let you browse without hovering. The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and very "take your time, you belong here." Logistics matter, so let's talk parking. There's a free city lot on the corner of Hollister Ave and Pine Ave, plus street parking if you're feeling lucky. No excuses. If you love supporting local makers, vintage, and secondhand shopping and want a shop that actually walks the walk when it comes to inclusivity, Lazy Eye Shop is doing it right.

Walked in, and found a comfy and classic pair of shoes, and now looking forward to trying on some of their men's fashions, and perusing through their assorted gift items. Thanks Danica for introducing us to all this little shop has to offer. Located right next door to Old Town Coffee. Which is perfect, coffee and fun fashions.
