Besides denying facts and not taking responsibility . When i dropped off my necklace I asked the owner to measure it, "18 inches " he said and I looked, SAW it with my own eyes . 18" it was. Few days later I picked it up with 200% trust on this new found business , only to get home, put back my necklace and notice it was shorter, when measured it was just a tad over 16 inches, NOT 18" ! I called them right away, had to go back to their shop for them to believe me ! And then deny the fact that somehow my necklace got shorter in theIR shop. Juan denied He measured it . They could've said " we had to repair it that way " " mistake or loss happens " whatever ! it was a stressful experience How could I trust JJ again? I was supposed to go back to them for the "extension " but I took it to another jeweler in town and it was confirmed i got screwed, I sent my necklace back to Tiffany , their repair department will get my necklace back to the original length 18 inches , paying the original seller across the country feels safer despite the time lost - timeline happened to matter too- but I rather do that than take something to this biz again, I might be just another customer but one that sadly wanted to support a local business and was let down. I did sent them a message indicating I was having to pay for something they damaged but I got no response from Janeth.

I would also recommend her for getting your engagement ring and/or wedding band cleaned periodically. Tuan took a lot of time to talk to me candidly about the challenges my ring presented, because the metal band was so thin and the diamonds so teeny-tiny. He explained the risks associated with bending the metal and talked me through the options. Eventually we decided that he would solder a piece of metal inside the band that would help the ring to fit my finger--this way we would avoid compromising the thin metal or risk losing any diamonds. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to explain it to me. I'm now happy with a ring that fits!
