After working with Lauren to resize two rings and look at other jewelry, we decided to custom make an eternity band. Lauren immediately understood the design we wanted. After the stones and metal were sourced and casted, Truong carefully inspected every aspect. We would never have noticed (we aren't professionals or have high-end microscopes), but Truong found a slight imperfection that may impact the durability of one of the stones and sent it back to their provider and remade the ring. The finished product is absolutely stunning and was within our budget. We are extremely happy that we came to Truong Jewelry. They are incredibly trustworthy, helpful, and easy to work with. Absolutely unacceptable experience at Fox Jewelry in Ventura…read more I came in with a buyer to not only sell my peice of jewelry, but also have the buyer resize the ring with the store. A staff member confidently told me (IN FRONT OF MY BUYER) that my IGI-certified 4CT lab-grown diamond was fake and "for sure Cubic Zirconia", even after I demonstrated the paperwork. After more staff members took a look, they come back to confirm it WAS actually a lab diamond (like I tried to explain!) That level of contradiction is beyond unprofessional and completely destroyed trust in the middle of a sale. On top of that, they tried to quote me around $3,000 to "rebuild" the ring because the band is thin, which felt wildly inflated. However, another person on the floor was much kinder and explained that this was due to the professional grade. Either way, she was much more informative than the other person that did not know the difference between a CZ and a diamond. This was embarrassing, frustrating, and handled terribly. I would not trust their judgment. Get a second opinion somewhere else.

I told my sister about it and we decided to see if we could make an appointment for the next day, but none were available. We decided to stop in after breakfast to see if we could do walk in. I'll be honest, we had a hard time locating the store in the plaza but once we did it was a cute store. The owner greeted us and we asked about the permanent bracelets. She happily explained the process, told us about the gold used and showed us the options available. There was no wait for the service. We both selected the same chain and the process took about 10 minutes for fitting and welding. I also found a few other cute items in the store. Even my son loved the store and the jewelry. I could not have been more happy with my experience and the items I purchased. I will definitely be a repeat customer ordering from the online store.
