I know that she had a family to tend to, but she still stayed past closing time because she knew how much it meant to me, for which I'm incredibly grateful and writing this review. I'm in the development stage, which is always challenging and fraught with second thoughts over color, design, hardware, expense, etc., because this family-centered room is a considerable expense and the center of our family's home. I called a bit late in the day but, fortunately, was able to secure a last-minute appointment with Suzanne, who is incredibly knowledgeable and a whiz on her computers. I say, fortunately, because she is has many clients due to her distinguished reputation; an appointment is highly recommended. Suzanne finished my computer drawings and elevations. An "elevation" is a "photographic", computer-generated image from a mechanical computer drawing. This is all uncharted water for me! Best of all, knowing little about kitchen design and construction, I can TRUST Susanne! I know she won't take advantage of this female client, which is invaluable! I guess the fact that I was dress in office work clothes she assumed I had no idea what I was speaking about. She was short and condescending. I was challenged on trade terminology. When I asked to confirm how many "boards" I ordered, she gave me the number of "studs". I am sorry "boards, not "studs". Her response was and I quote " a 2x4 is a board. It is a piece of wood, so it is a board". I asked her what do you call a 4 x 8 piece of sheetrock. Really? This is your challenging response at 8am. I do everything to support the few small local businesses eft. It's unappreciative attitudes like this that make it hard. Maybe I should have walked across the street to the big store. All that said I is a really nice store. Clean and well maintained. Customer service needs to be better.

The project included demolition, new cabinetry installation, electrical work, plumbing, drywall, flooring, lighting, and finishing work throughout the space. Everything came together beautifully. Brian, the owner, was great to work with and maintained daily oversight of the project and his team. It was clear throughout the renovation that he has high standards and takes pride in delivering quality work. The team was professional, organized, and worked efficiently each day. Another thing that stood out was the speed of the project. Considering the amount of work involved in completely rebuilding two rooms, the renovation moved quickly and stayed on track. His estimates were reasonable and fair, communication was clear, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail really showed as the project progressed. One moment that really stood out happened after the project was finished. I had a water leak and plumbing concern, and Brian's team came to the house on a Sunday morning to check it out. It ended up being unrelated to their work, but the fact that they showed up immediately says a lot about their dedication and how much they care about their customers. Overall, this was a great experience and a contractor I would confidently recommend.

They ignored me, they disregarded me and I will never use them again and I'm warning others of the terrible customer service they offer after the fact. I asked again for the breakdown of the quote and he again refused unless I provided an immediate 5% retainer. Game over, we're done and will move forward with one of the many company's who were more than happy to be transparent about their pricing.
