We came into the restaurant in Grants Pass at 12:45 pm on 9/8/25. The dinning area was very loud and pretty full, so we decided to eat outside. 2 of our party went outside and sat at one of the table to find the whole area under the table was covered in cat feces. They came back in and we had already placed one order so we decided to eat inside. I order and then my mother ordered. I then saw that I had not been charged for one cheeseburger and went back to pay for it. We then all 4 got sodas that were flat, I asked if they could check the soda machine. They sent someone to the machine and when we refilled the drinks were still terrible. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went back up to the counter to see how long our food would be. Please note there was a large table with about 12 people and 3 other tables in front of us without food yet. The older lady working said it would be 7-8 minutes. It was about another 30 minutes for food to slowing start coming out. There was a younger woman bringing out food, which she never got to the correct table on the 1st try, even with numbers on the tables and receipts. When we left we witnessed a man come out from the kitchen with a open plastic tub full of loose food and dump it into the dumpster and then sat the container on the ground while smoking. 3 of 4 of our party have been with stomach problems for over 24 hours since eating at this location. Which leads us to believe it was the food. I reached out to the owner greg, who said he would refund us and lied. It's been weeks and no refund Update just found the or inspected only five days later by the health department and found to be violating all kinds of health requirements so yeah, this is the greatest establishment read more

The best burger I have ever had. All the ingredients were fresh, the meat was cooked to perfection! The 1/4 pounder with cheese was amazing. I got the jalapeño burger.. it was not good. The meat had NO flavor. A bland, dry monstrosity with no beef flavor at all. I'm concerned for Grants Pass that this establishment is praised so highly.
