Rating 3 stars ONLY because it's a new clean store, but the customer service skills need renovation, still. And of course, never any floor people available to ask help. Whoever the female cashier was at register #4565. Not a single Hello. She did ask if I had a rewards card, but got frustrated when I tried to search for it. She didn't even do the bare minimum. She didn't offer a bag when it was RAINING HARD and I had purchased more than 3 books . She handed me one after I asked, and then didn't even bag them herself. (You're getting paid to be a cashier, act like one.) Mind you, this is the second time I've experienced a rude cashier with poor, disgruntled attitude. read more

I visit this B&N location quite often, and I like it for several reasons. 1. There is always parking when I visit 2. I like the way the store is set up/organized 3. I like that this B&N has CHAIRS!!! I think the chairs are such an underrated feature of B&Ns, and I appreciate that this one has little reading 'nooks' throughout the store, so you can kind of hang out and enjoy the bookstore ambiance while you read and maybe sip your little drinky drink! This is one of the few Barnes locations in the surrounding areas that actually has chairs and/or book nooks. The employees are very nice and helpful and the store is always in good order and clean. I've had no issues in this store. The only thing that I might consider a potential downside is that this location is quite busy typically, so if you're looking for a quiet, empty Barnes, this isn't the one! read more

This Barnes & Noble is one of the most organized, clean and bright bookstores I've ever been to. I enjoyed the layout of the store. They had a good selection. Workers are very nice and I did find the books I was looking for. There were no storewide sales at this time but certain sections had buy one get 50% off this weekend. Definitely will visit again if I'm in the area looking for books. read more

I'm gonna give this Barnes & noble a solid review with a caveat. The people are friendly, there's a good selection of books and there's a decent amount of seating. There's a large coffee area with plugs that you can work at and have a nice cup of coffee. There's decent deals on books and magazines too. The one negative here, is there are a ton of transient people that just lay around the store. This dude in the photo smelled terrible and was asleep for like 2 hours. I didn't realize Barne's & Noble got a facelift! This is the first new Barne's & Noble I've visited and it's gorgeous. The lightwood aesthetic is so stylish. On this visit, I came in for a children's book for a baby shower. I was in a rush so I went to the front for help. The person who helped me was extremely kind. She asked me if I wanted the book in hardcover, paperback, or board. When I asked if I could see all of them, she led me to the section and handed me each book. 5 star service for sure. The new layout made me want to shop even more. Although the traditional incredible Barne's & Noble smell wasn't there, it still has a homey vibe. If I had more time, I could've spent hours inside. Checkout was easy and they let me borrow a sharpie to write in the book. I highly recommend checking this Barnes and Noble out. read more

This store is terrible. Most of it isn't even books - it's puzzles, games, toys, records, movies and other garbage. The book selection is awful. The staff is obnoxious. Never going in here again. read more

This is a Barnes and Noble, so at its core it is the same as any other. However, something about the layout and decor of this location makes it seem far more welcoming and warm than others. It is more open and bright. They have a great kids book selection. My only criticism is that their magazine selection is a little sparse. read more

Bookstore is great, cafe is not. Came here at 4 pm on a Sat. Long line, ran out of coffee, and very few sandwiches remaining. Since there was almost nothing left, ordered the plant-based nuggets, which were $6.95 and burnt (only five nuggets). Way overpriced, low quality. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Barnes and Noble, might be the best-looking one I've ever seen! It is very light and open, and the shelves are always clean, well organized and perfect for browsing! Unfortunately, there is an issue at the cafe with some folks coming in, taking up a lot of space, and clearly having issues. I am COMPLETELY understanding and feel for people, but today one person was randomly "whooping" and talking to themself, and another person was singing to themself and waving their arms around like they were giving a performance. This is incredibly distracting to folks who are just trying to read or get a little work done. It is also unfortunately for the cafe staff as well. I sincerely hope they can come to some sort of humane resolution to this problem before it completely gets out of control. Sadly, today I just had to leave the cafe. But I will keep coming back and hope it gets worked out! read more

Cafe staff are very friendly and approachable! I got a tasty iced caramel latte. They have a large selection of LEGO sets which was very fun to browse. They also have some books here and there. I'm glad they built one here and I love how big the store is. read more
