They also diverted the funds of a resigned resident towards a fellowship, engaging in a lot of fraud and scams. The program hired the chief resident as a teaching academic attending, simultaneously holding the chief resident position (PGY4), which is illegal. There are numerous thefts, suspicious activities, and fake performances. The few residents who perform well are either regulated unfairly or fired. The program operates in a very underserved and unfortunate area, with no audits or oversight. This place needs to be audited by health authorities, Medicaid, and Medicare for theft and fraud. Additionally, the ACGME should intervene and shut down this residency program due to its numerous violations and unethical practices.

I was preparing to have my Mammogram and Ultrasound done. However, I was informed by my scheduler at Columbia Doctors that I needed my images from my last mammogram (2014) with Hackensack University Medical Center. Today, nothing has changed with the remarkable, caring, positive staffers, that give TLC as their standard. A professional body of heartwarming staff at Hackensack University Medical Center. I called and requested my images. They returned the call the next day, and my images and report were ready. I drove to NJ, got my ticket stamped for free parking from the Breast Cancer Screening Center. Dropped off my images to Columbia Doctors on West 51st Street in the heart of Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall (so cool). At the end of the movie, it was a joyous experience that made me feel truly gratefully happy and cared for by Hackensack University Medical Center and Columbia Doctors/NY Presbyterian Hospital. I absolutely give 5 stars to the day time nurses I had during my time in 3LW. The night shift I cannot say the same. I felt avoided and ignored entirely at night other than them waking me up for blood work and vitals roughly. For two days I dealt with nonsense and excuses just waiting for an MRI brain scan. Finally one of the APNs was able to escalate my MRI up about 8 hours earlier. I came to Hackensack because they're supposed to have an amazing triage process and broad range of care. I had seen and witnessed so many patients with non emergency issues coming to the hospital and passing me over for things they should be going to an urgent care or their normal PCP for. After 3 days I left with zero diagnosis or information about my condition. A complete waste of my time coming here.

Between nurses Angelique, Elvis and Matias, and nurse manager, Tiffany the kindness and care that Dad received up until his passing was top notch and very much appreciated by our family. I googled the test and there were plenty of things to do and not do. I arrived at the facilities today. There was no direction, no One knew anything. No one knew where to go at the front checkin. They suggested I go to the second floor and they would figure out or know what I have to do. I wandered around for 20 minutes until I finally found registration on the second floor. It literally is like the gang who couldn't shoot straight runs this operation. Once I was checked in, it was pretty fast to be seen and have the test, But first appearances are everything this place is in total disarray and chaos. I wouldn't bring a stray dog here, let alone anyone in need of serious care. I'd rather be left on a hill under a tree with a nice cool breeze, then to know I'd have to spend my final days here. The place is in decay. I wandered into the wrong elevators. I guess they were for staff only, not like anyone is watching them to stop the public from using. They're from like 1930. Otis himself probably installed them. This place is abysmal. I feel sorry for anyone who has to come here.
