For both my visits, every single staff member from the moment I stepped in was kind and welcoming. The front desk staff is friendly discreet. The medical team is all gentle and caring. As someone who has anxiety and also a fear of needles, they were extremely patient with me and caring. I want them to know that they helped me overcome my fear of bloodwork, which has been haunting me for a while. My provider never once made feel uncomfortable about my decision and I felt like I had support. The staff at this location deserve to know they are truly appreciated for everything they do. I was not interested in going to a hospital and waiting a long time so I was excited to discover this place. We got there and we were seen, my son diagnosed, prescription written and called in and out the door in 25 minutes (would have been quicker but 10 of those minutes we spent waiting on the results of 10 minute strep test). The front desk person was super friendly. The nurses were bubbly and attentive and thorough with their care. The doctor was genuine in her care for my son and answered all my questions. I recommend whole heartedly to all the parents out there that get stuck like I did when its one of those off times but you really need to have your child checked out. Glad I took my son there.
