One of her ears was infected and there was no way that I could take it out. The staff were super kind and let me know the suggested time so that the provider could see her asap. When I went in, the office was definitely clean and child friendly. TV shows with animals to make her calm and laugh and décor of the jungle. They have baby hospital beds in the rooms (I cant so cute). The nurse came in and said she sees this all of the time (what!). There was no way to numb the ears because it would hurt more so the doctor made us comfortable and nurse supported him and with the right tools, got those earrings out! I think her dad and i were more impacted lol. He cleaned her up, gave us antibiotic ointment, suggested earrings and the nurse gave her stickers. Overall, a traumatic experience was turned into a positive one because of the amazing care at PM Pediatrics. Thank you so much!

Went to my provider who said I had an asthmatic exacerbation. She was dumbfounded why I wasn't at least put on prednisone. Now on cough medicine with codeine, prednisone and antibiotics. I am not someone who runs for medication. I know when I am sick. I can't stand providers that don't listen to the patients. I WILL NEVER GO BACK as a provider who won't listen to my concerns, is not worth my business. #LISTEN

The staff/docs were great and caring. The second time I went for food poisoning and the PA gave me some good advice about how to introduce certain foods/proteins back into my diet slowly while my body readjusts. I recommend AFC to anyone, they accept a lot of insurances including certain Medicaid plans. Check the website for more info regarding insurance or give them a call!

Overall, I wish they had been more clear about the possibility. Instead, NP was not specific about all tests and stated that what I had was likely a common cold.

I took her last Tuesday for a procedure, she followed up on Friday, and then again this morning. We are VERY happy with the care she has received. My son hurt his ankle and we wanted to make sure nothing was broken . It's very convenient. They can do x-rays on site and received the results via phone call within an hour. I also took him last month when he had the flu.. They have long hours and it's very convenient, especially on weekends I would go here again if needed.

VMG in Montvale is only an urgent care facility. Of course, they don't want the public to know it. The doctors could not treat me but they sure wanted to charge $30 which my insurance company didn't pay them because my medical insurer explained to me that VMG in Montvale didn't provide any services to me and no service was rendered. VMG even had the nerve to send me a bill for $30 which I refused to pay. You have to find a private physician and schedule an appointment with a private practice physician and NOT a Nurse Practitioner or a PA because they too are not allowed to treat patients the way a real doctor can and they too don't want the public to know that but stay away from these type places.
