The office staff is very professional and made me feel as comfortable as possible. X-Rays can be taken across the hall as a walk in! I give them ALL 5 stars! The billing department does not deserve a star at all. I have received bills MONTHS after my visits and not in time to submit for FSA reimbursement. (End of March) Insurance payments aside, I've had to pay for the balance of my visits 100% out of pocket. read more

I went for a MRI ! The script said contrast and no contrast ! The tech was inconvenienced when I said I'm supposed to get contrast too ,, he said he pull the Script he never did only the computer generated one he said you want me to call my doctor I said of course , they didn't pick up ,, but they got back to him as he was doing my first part and he never picked the phone up sent me home with only half the mri done ! I feel he wasn't very nice as all I wanted was my test to be done correctly ! I fasted ect all that for nothing ! And waiting as with what's going on in my body any longer isn't cool ! As I'm trying to clear this up ! Hoping they will do the rest later today ! If they do I will put this on yelp as they did the right thing by me afterwards other wise this post stays ! * they took me back in that day ! Then completed the test ! read more

I used to go to another MRI facility. I felt like a number there and always had to wait for an appointment. I needed an urgent ultrasound in late November. The other place could get me in a week later. Ramapo Radiology got me in the NEXT DAY! I not only had my results by the time of the offered appointment from the other facility, I had my pesky gallbladder out! Even better than the turn around time for appointments though is the fact that I no longer get anxiety thinking about having to go for a scan for myself or my Children. The staff is so caring and accommodating. They have even gotten me in sooner once they have gotten my pre-authorizations. I will never set foot in that other place again! read more

Horrible service. Went for an X-ray which was supposed to be walk-in, no appointment needed (when you call their number it says this) and I get there and they tell me I need an appointment. Finally after going back and forth a girl brings me a card to call to make an appointment. No answer for 10 minutes to make an appt so I left. It's been 2 years since covid they could at least change the phone automation saying walk in X-rays. And my daughter walked all the way in with a possible broken ankle. read more

I just had my 3D mammo done at Ramapo Radiology! The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I was taken right on time, and the mammo technologist, MaryAnn, was so friendly and kind. I had results the next day. I also asked about getting an MRI here since my podiatrist ordered an MRI for me. When I checked out, the staff set up my MRI appointment for the next day! It was so easy. Will definitely be coming to Ramapo Radiology for all my radiology studies. So different from the other radiology facilities around here. read more

I had a recent appointment at Ramapo radiology associates (Suffern), people were being herded into the office Absolutely no Covid checks temperature I mean nothing. Front desk staff Kim very rude and when i brought my concerns to Management they just wiped away any covid concerns stating they keep patients 6ft apart and call the poor experience as a chance happening. the office is small, dirty and staff are rude... do not bother go anyplace except Ramapo Radiology Associates... I had a scan here a little while ago and I could not believe how amazing the radiologists were. Every detail about my scan was explained to me and I felt very satisfied with how wonderful the people were. From the front desk to the scan, awesome customer service. The women at the desk were very friendly and welcoming, and the radiologist even let me listen to Z 100 during my MRI. She made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time, and she explained everything she was doing during my scan. This is the best place to go for MRI's as the machine is new, only 4 years old and the doctors are incredible . Thank you for the spectacular experience. read more

I had to speak to the radiologist, and he was very thorough in his explanation and was very patient when I asked a lot of questions! My doctor had results the next day! Highly recommend! read more
