awesome staff couldn't have been better. answered all questions and were great all around

I arrived on time for my appointment to find out that the suite number I was told to arrive at was closed- this is a freestanding building with suite entrance from the road After calling the number and waiting on hold, I I looked over and realized they told me the wrong suite after reading a small plaque by another door. Upon arrival, the woman behind the counter didn't make eye contact with me after asking for my license & ID, did not look up when I asked her if I needed to fill anything , out still not looking at me, so I sat down. What a very poor representation and manners . After waiting 23 minutes I went up and was informed that My name was misspelled. Well, I only have five letters in my name so I didn't really quite know what they were talking about and why that would take so long to adjust on a computer, still not looking at me or making eye contact she responded that they spelt my name wrong Again. I assume someone next to her realized how stupid of an answer that was and got up and said patient information goes to a call center in Chicago and they were the ones that needed to change the spellingand they were waiting for them to respond before seeing me. Can you imagine the stupidity in that system? It was then that I was realized I was in the fast food version of vein clinics. I sat down and read some yelp reviews, and although some of them were positive most were not. At that point, I left the office. I will be making appointment somewhere else with more friendly and professional reception staff , nicer office and better reviews. read more

DO NOT DO Business Here! After seeing the other reviews it appears to be a common occurrence. I was told my insurance covered the procedures and that they were an in-network provider. I scheduled the 6 procedures. After the third one, they went out of network and have yet to inform me. I had the next 2 procedures done and then when I showed up for my follow up they told me they could not see me until I paid the balance on my account. It was then that I learned they went out of network in the middle of my treatment. They gave me a outrageous bill. read more

Let me start by saying I am not able to give -100 stars. I will give the doctor who treated me 5 stars. Let me also say. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH USA VEIN CLINICS! They told me my healthcare provider approved all visits and I foolishly believed them. Not sure if i mentioned this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH USA VEIN CLINICS YOU WILL REGRET IT! They sent me a bill for said amount and just because I did not want to damage my credit, they were willing to settle for 10% of the price? Oh, yeah did i mention this DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH USA VEIN CLINICS YOU WILL REGRET IT! This seems like a shakedown to me. What other company is happy to settle for only 10% of a payment. Hmmm? I love the Suffern N.Y. office DR Hurst is great and the staff are excellent . always a pleasure . my legs never felt this good .thank you
