My gf and I bought Halloween costumes specifically for an event there on Halloween. Tickets were $15 on their fb page. We decided to buy at the door instead. When we arrived, the door guy informed us the promoters wanted to now charge $40 per ticket to get in. So instead of paying almost $100 to go listen to music from some random djs we've never heard of, we went somewhere else. Barnato has great potential when you first walk in from the parking lot. Service was a bit slow, food quality was average even though the type of food was unique, however some areas were undercooked in my opinion. The sound system is good for a causal ambiance, not sure if this changes when live music is played. Overall, a decent first visit at Barnato. read more

I appreciate them trying to bring great acts to town. A strip mall in West Omaha with $350,000 cars for sale kills the vibe. There are so many better places in town to see a show. The venue just really isn't a great setting for what they are trying to pull off. read more

So another classic bar in town. I went there for a Bollywood dance party event, so not the usual seating but good enough tables to sit. The ambience is nice and to add on if you are a car person you have the bentleys to look on while you are drinking. The drinks were great and the bartenders were amazing. I was introduced to the berry barmeled cocktail and it was great. I will definitely visit the place quite often now. It is a nice place to have a drink or two with friends. The look n feel is quite classy but the prices are moderate. The various events happening there will add more fun to the place. I will add more fotos when I visit the place again. read more

Great overall setting and attentive staff, but on concert nights, don't bother to upgrade to the 2 or 4-tops. We attended a National-level show last night and dropped $500 on a 4-top, only to have our view completely blocked by the standing room crowd. Floor needs to be re-designed for concerts, otherwise the folks that are spending the most get the crappiest seats. I have to imagine that the VIP booths were even worse. Won't be back until this gets fixed. read more

I have to give it to the owners of Barnato - they did an excellent job curating this space. First, thank you for taking advantage of an existing vacant building - this location is the former Brix, which was large and likely a big investment for anyone who wanted to take it on. I learned via a recent Omaha World Herald write-up that they named the bar after a famous racing driver from the 20s who was part of a group called the Bentley Boys, which is perfect being that the place has a wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the adjacent Bentley dealership - it provides some good conversation and scenery. The remainder of the bar does mimic (at least in my opinion) a swanky 1920s lounge and the cocktail list is thoughtful and well executed. Now, I am not one for crowds these days, I was here on a Thursday evening around 6 and there were less than 12 people in the bar which allowed more than enough spacing - honestly, as long as there isn't a crowd, you can space out better here than at a lot of restaurants. There was a bottle of sanitizer at each of the tables and the staff wore masks. Barnato fills a gap here in Omaha and I look forward to visiting in the future! read more

This place is in the major league when it comes to cocktails. Sure you can get your common drinks but Kari and the crew think outside of the box on how to wow the guest. The Smoky Old Fashioned is unique. Just the right amount of agnostora and orange bitters along with lapsang souchong tea syrup (did I mention out of the box?). It's adjacent to the Bentley dealership with big windows so you can check out the high end cars whilst sipping on your favorite beverage. What's not as visible is the green room. Well, I was at Walmart getting my flat tire fix and this event pop up, no plans for the weekend, could of gone to stLouis cardinal game, worked all three days for double times, Springfield, but I had been listening to Hair nation SiriusXM and enjoyed Faster pussycats, so I did this event, study the map to find where this place was, I got here, they had merchandise for sale, but no chip on my card and their swipe wasn't working, it was about 10 till 8 pm, I left didn't know the area, finally found Hy-Vee went in got cash, went back and they hadn't started yet, I thank Tammy who was in charge of the merchandise, thank you for waiting for me to come back before u started, she said of course for u,I got a pix of Tammy and she said must be good, so we took several pix and Tammy said yes,than from the back, Danny came out, Tammy said here is Danny,Danny who, All I know are the songs, I ask if I could get a pix with him and he said yes, 4 different pix was taken, I ask where the came from and it was from a movie,I usually don't stay too long for a event, but this one I did. The band is awesome, the venue was super, will be back, a must to travel here,also this business has a wall all the way to the top 10 feet tall or taller with bottles of hard stuff too plenty of parking too read more

Tonight your manager was completely unacceptable and made complete show in front of everyone at the bar. There are many people who will not come back to your bar because of it. You also do not have enough people working at your bar and everyone waits 20-25 minutes. The people who work behind your bar need to show respect and kindness, yet they showed rudeness and disrespect. Your place will be spread as a classless, until it becomes classful. I have to give this place BIG props!!!! I went to an event with friends and the next day I notice an accessory to my purse had fallen off which was worth $400+ and I thought for sure it was never to be found or turned in. I called the staff to inquire if anyone turned it in... not only did she go check out the area where I was sitting but she offered to mention it in a staff meeting they were about to have. She initially said it was not found, but took my name and number and called me back at half hour later, and said that somebody knew about it in the staff meeting that it was found what great honesty and going beyond to help me find the missing item! Not to mention, we had wonderful service the night before great atmosphere. Great drinks. and overall great business I will be back!!! read more

Not with the time and money. You have to wait forever to get into the Speakeasy portion and they only have two bartenders working for the whole front portion of the restaurant/bar ona Saturday night. We sat at the bar and waited 20 minutes to get a drink and the bartender looked right past us and served people just walking up before us. Cool concept. Great band. We had a huge bar tab and the waitress didn't present an itemized tab. Not good protocol.

I was excited to bring my friend here but it was so loud. Took 35 mins to get a drink for a party of 7 and no other drinks were being ordered by other tables. 10 mins after that they told us they didn't have our drinks because they're a batch drink and they ran out. The waitress said our original drinks would be there soon but we said they ran out so that was confusing. Eventually our drinks came but they brought my husband the wrong drink. Brought the right one after. Took my friend's drink off for no reason. I felt that our drink should have been discounted for not having the drink and messing up our orders. Multiple comments that the waitress seemed like she was "on something". Just disappointed. read more

The facility is beautiful and elegant, but they need to change the Sunday Latin night DJ! The one last night was terrible. He played way too much reggaetón and didn't even get the clue when the dance floor continued to stay empty when playing that nonsense. When he did play salsa or bachata he would not play the whole song, it was often not the original song (some bastardized version) and on more than one occasion the song just stopped...leaving an awkward silence. This guy has got to go, they need to bring someone who understands the salsa community in Omaha. read more

Last night's Midland concert at Barnato was awesome!! Sounded great and it was such a blast.. That being said, DO NOT waste your money on the VIP area. The GA area was $45 and the VIP area was $125. The VIP area was supposed to have its own bar area and restrooms.. It had no restrooms and as the concert was starting they decided to move the security barrier and open the designated bar area to everyone which created a huge line that otherwise wasn't there. I basically paid $80 more per ticket so that I could stand 8 feet closer to the stage.. Yes, I had access to go inside the facility, but I wasn't there to hang out inside, I was there to see a concert outside.. Just save your money and buy GA tickets, you get the same amenities other than the access you're given to go inside their business.. Oh.. Very rude to have loud outdoor concerts that can be heard 2 miles away at 10PM when people are trying to sleep. Stick to indoor concerts since you have the ability to do so. Village Pointe, the Police Department, City Council and the Mayor have all been getting multiple complaints. Something needs to be done. read more

The man-bun host literally had no clue how to run times for a waitlist for the "speakeasy". There were multiple tables open and seats open at the bar yet there were multiple people still waiting to be sat. Every single person walking out of the "speakeasy" is plastered. The bar had a great atmosphere, or so I thought until I watched my friend get assaulted right in the middle of the dance floor (5/1/2021) she was gushing blood everywhere and she now needs 5 stitches in her hand and 3 in her leg. My wife and I reserved a vip booth for the Gemini Syndrome show. We were seated right away and had a great view. Both bands were awesome and it sounded great. That was the good part of the night. After the band was done my wife and I paid extra for a vip with the band. During that time the people that didn't do the band vip were rudely told to leave with no explanation. At the same time I ordered a beer that I had been drinking all night and was told they were out yet I saw people drinking the same beer after that. It was a horrible ending to the night. The band we came to see is one of my favorites but if they play there again, I'll have to pass. As a paying customer for the "vip" booth and experience it was far from it. If I could give zero stars I would. Sorry won't be back again. read more
