Stopped in on a recent Tuesday. They had Trivia which seemed like a lot of fun. Nice crowd, good music and variety of cocktail options

Corned beef and cabbage was awful. Corned beef was stringy. Cabbage overcooked mush. Potatoes had no flavor with slight burned taste.

My first time here, my husband said it was his 100th, as he used to come up here as a youngster and play free pool on Sundays. We met the in-laws for a little birthday get together on Friday night. It was pretty busy, our server was definitely covering a large section, so our service was spotty and we ended up getting stuff from the bar. The food was A-Ok, nothing to write home about. We did participate in karaoke which was so fun. Overall its not the best bar in town, does fall on the divey side to me, but I would come back for similar occasions. read more

I attended a farewell gathering as a plus one and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional food and reasonably priced drinks. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I would certainly return. The Philly steak I ordered was delicious. Sautéed peppers & onions with melted cheese on top of a toasted bun. Side was tator tots- hot salty and crispy!! My husbands mushroom Swiss and bacon burger was piled high on a toasted bun. Side salad had tomatoes cheese and croutons. Had Large glasses of Diet Coke and lemonade with it, which were also refilled. The place was clean, well lit, well taken care of. Tall tables and low tables. Pool table, darts and TVs all around. Good hole in the wall bar. Food and fries were seasoned very well. Generous servicing sizes which is always a plus. Service was fast and attentive never letting drinks be empty. This is a neighborhood gem. A small bar that offers karaoke on weekends and it looks like some a wide menu any given day. We tend to head over an occasional evening for a tasty dinner on date night. We recently took our 14 year old who agreed that the wings are super tasty. The burgers are exceptional. Hubby enjoys the grilled chicken. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. read more

This is a no frills bar and grill (though it is listed as an event space). We came for the trivia and taco special ($5.99 for two with chips and salsa) on a Tuesday night. The firecracker shrimp app was five stars alone. The shrimp were butterflied, lightly fried and tossed in Thai chili sauce. Addictive! The tacos held up to their soft and hard shells and tasted fine. Pool tables, darts and some video games round out much potential for fun. Trivia was unique with the host circulating to the tables rather than participants bringing their answers up. I have been enjoying Friday nights for a while and I keep going back for the friendly and protective staff. They are fun friendly and are great at making sure the atmosphere is safe and enjoyable. The food is amazing. They also have karaoke which is great, they have different Dj's and all of which are quite pleasant. Hats off to a well run establishment. read more

Went to Goldeez to watch the Husker game. Decent deals on buckets of beer..$12.. $6.99 Sanwitchez..my son had the BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich that was prepared very nicely with solid bacon and a chicken breast. My other Son got the Atomic Burger with Fries. They both liked there food. The reason for 4 stars was the frys were weak. They are not crispy but have ok flavor. ..Service was very good and prompt. Not much of a crowd for a Husker game but still fun. Would go back again. read more

Went to Goldeez to watch the Creighton-Baylor basketball game, which was not on my basic cable TV package at home. Took a while but server eventually came over and got my order for a tallboy PBR, and she took my credit card then. Was planning on staying for the whole game but Creighton was getting killed so I decided to leave at halftime. Went to the counter to close my ticket. The server was fiddling with the credit-card machine tape, which apparently was stuck and would not thread correctly. Meanwhile a table of seven became unruly when she brought them their wings, saying "We've been waiting an hour. We don't want those anymore." She went back to fiddling with the machine. I wanted to get out of there before the situation with the unhappy table escalated, but she wasn't making much progress and became increasingly flustered. Eventually she looked up at me, waved me off and said "I got it. Just leave." Except when I got my credit card statement, there was $3.50 from Goldeez on it. I can afford the $3.50, but don't tell me you got it when you don't got it. read more

Decided to give Goldeez one more try after horrible service time after time. Tonight we sat at a table for 45 minutes and not one person came over or said a word to us. The food isn't that good to begin with, the place is just close. With that service they should be closed! Horrible read more

Stopped by with a buddy while I was visiting him enroute to the south. Was a simple bar, on a quiet Sunday watching Pro Bowling. Yea, I said pro-bowling because that seems to be a thing outside of Roy Munson on Kingpin. They have an ample selection of alcohol, I was able to find a cider that you don't usually find in a sports bar. Had the boneless wings & fries for lunch , which was your basic dish with sauciness. Wings were great, basket of fries was huge and it kept me full for hours. Not much to really complain about really read more

You have to be looking for Goldeez in order to find it. But once you're there, it's a pretty decent spot for a beer. The place was pretty empty when we arrived at 4 but it picked up as the night went on. I don't recall how many beers they had on tap but there were several to pick from. Not mind blowing but good enough. I didn't get a chance to try the food but I will upon my return. All-in-all, Goldeez is one of the nicer neighborhood bars in Northwest Omaha. read more

Food: the presentation was awsome and the taste was worth the bad service. I had the Goldeez Melt, the bacon was awsome the bread was perfectly toasted and the fries were perfect. Bar: TERRIBLE. I have never seen such poor service. One bartender sat at her laptop and asked if anyone needed a drink from her chair. Eventually the other giant of a bartender emerged from the back and kind of helped out. I saw him for about 3 minutes of the hour I was there. Overall: if you can deal with the worst bartenders on the planet for the delicious food then this your spot. Mr. Goldee please get a new bar staff it is to bad that your food is degraded by their in competence. read more

Goldeez is a great spot! We have always had excellent service here no matter what time of day or day of the week. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love to watch football here, when they see me coming, they know exactly which game to put on with sound. I love that! They have lots of TVs to accommodate everyone though. It's very clean and a nice open, friendly environment. The women's bathroom is always freezing cold, but so what!? It's clean and that's what matters most. Their food is very good too. I've had pizza, burgers, a variety of salads and appetizers, but my favorite is Taco Tuesday! All around great sports bar. read more

We went to Goldeez to watch the Huskers play MSU last night. We were a little nervous that the atmosphere wouldn't be all that great for watching a game. It turned out to be a solid venue for getting some food and beers and a good spot to watch Nebraska's O-Line get tossed around :( No matter though, the staff made an effort to bring the mood back up by bringing around free test tube shots, even though we had only kicked a field goal. The meat lovers pizza we had was decent. There was a fairly solid tap beer selection and a more expansive bottle selection. Overall it was a solid place to watch the game. We'll probably catch a few more games out there this year. read more

I went there with a big group of friends to watch the 11:00am Husker game. It really wasn't that busy and the waitress was extremely slow, and it took 15 minutes to even get our waters. As more people were joining the group the waitress was no where to be found. We all put in orders for food and it took about 30 minutes to get one order of chicken wings, when it came to order lunch, I ordered a burger. The burger took a while and once it came out, I took one bite and my friend sitting next to me said "You have mold on your bun!!!" I looked and sure enough there was 3 or 4 spots of blue(fuzzy) mold. Another person in our group also had a moldy bun. It is safe to say, I will never ever EVER be back again. read more
