Called on a Saturday at about 1:30pm because my hot water heater stopped working (their listed…read morehours on Yelp show them as being open 8am-5pm on Saturday). They asked if it was an emergency. I didn't say it was an emergency but said I would like someone to come that day, so I would at least know if I needed to get the hot water heater replaced. When they called me back about 45 minutes later, I asked if they could tell me how much it might be. They said they couldn't give an estimate until they see the problem. The plumber showed up to the house about 4 hours later, relit the pilot on the hot water heater, and said if it wasn't a Saturday night, he'd try to repair it. All in all, he spent about 10 minutes at the house (I have the doorbell camera videos to prove it). A few days later, I received an invoice for $270, saying they responded to an emergency call for no hot water. When I called to ask why it was so much, since he was only at the house for 10 minutes and didn't actually repair anything, they said it was because they came on a Saturday.... So try to avoid these guys. They list themselves as being open on the weekends, don't tell you that it costs extra for them to come on the weekend, and then bill you as if they actually did work to fix something. (I should also mention that the hot water heater stopped working by Tuesday morning - less than 3 days later.)

They canceled the appointment because it was drizzling outside. Jessica, who contacted me to cancel the appointment told me that someone would get in touch with me within 2-3 days. On May 9, 2022, I called and got transferred to their answering service. Again, there was no call back! I did the same outreach the next day and Wednesday May 11,2022. I had also written an email to the owner , Mike on May 10,2022. There were a total of 5 outreach attempts without a response, only leaving my cell number for them to call back. Finally, I was fed up with their lack of responsiveness to my calls and e-mails. When I left my third phone message today with their answering service, I told the receptionist that if I didn't get a call back today that I would be writing a negative review and I would be taking them to small claims court to get half of my contract money ( $543 ) returned to me. Only today did I finally get a call back from the owner Mike. He was nasty, when he should have been apologetic to me. He told me that he's dropping me as a customer. He said he was going to come to my home , which I took as an implied threat to me and my family. He also lied to me and told me that he contacted me 5 times. This is a blatant lie as I just spent the last few hours checking my phone records for my mobile phone and landline. He only called back after I threatened to take him to court for breach of contract, which seemed to be what he was doing by avoiding calling me back and providing the services that I paid for in my yearly contract. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this company to seek another alternative. He is a nasty owner and can not be trusted. It is virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone and they certainly don't value their customers. I told him that I would give home 3 days from today to return half of my contract money. I don't expect that he will do this. So, I will likely be seeing him court in the near future!! I'd like to give ZERO stars, but apparently I can't do it !!
