This review is in addition to a review I wrote about a different job Platinum Plumbing did for me…read more After 7 years or so I once again called on Platinum Plumbing for a project. Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. I highly recommend you give this company a chance to work at your home or business. Im certain you're going to be impressed with the end result. Henry.

I'm glad I did, because my experience with them was excellent from start to finish. Bruce, Chris, and Mr. Cilento were very professional, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire job. I have a Navien boiler, which is efficient but also very sensitive and requires special training to service correctly. They clearly knew what they were doing and were well trained on this type of boiler. My boiler had several issues going on at once, and they stuck with it until they found the problem and repaired it properly. They also took the time to answer all of my questions without any annoyance, and they gave me helpful information about my plumbing and boiler so I can better understand it going forward. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Cilento Pipeline Plumbing to anyone who is looking for skilled, master plumbers who are both knowledgeable and respectful.

These gentlemen helped me so many times: with the bathroom (3 times) , dishwasher, faucet and we replaced the boiler and the pipes in the end. Mr Sean is amazing, professional, fast, always ready to help. It is so important to deal with professional people. Every time I think there is a problem, these guys come to see and state that this problem is somewhere else. I really love their approach they check everything, because we are just users and may not know about problems we have (100% with me). And even if everything is customized and unique, they offer a solution tailored for you. Mr. Christopher even helped me to look for cat that we thought escaped during repair. The cat is back, no worries, and is very happy, because the new boiler is replaced and its function optimized now, it is not hot in his room like it was before. The whole house is working better after the repair. I am so happy to use everything you fixed and remember you every day in gratitude. I would give you million stars!
