    This is the top layer of our latex mattress... delivery man told the company it was covered in feces and urine.  That's a lie.

    Barlow company is what showed on my caller ID from the company when called in, but my text notifications were from LLB logistics (both 623-907-1001)... so the same company. This is the only place I found I could lodge an online complaint, LLB logistics doesn't have a web presence. We got a mattress delivery & haul away service for which we were already charged $25 by JC Penney from these guys. My husband spoke with the larger worker of the two and asked if they were taking our old latex mattress out (we had it in 3 layers on the drive way)... he offered $20 up front and the delivery man took the money with no comment... they gave us the new mattress which went fine, but then he flat out said No to the haul away service saying they didn't have big enough bags for it. Fine, but why did he take the tip up front with the understanding the extra was for hauling away our mattress? We called Barlows and spoke with an operator who said the delivery men called saying they refused haul-away because there were feces and urine visible... she said they couldn't put it in the van with other new furniture. Sounds reasonable, except there were no stains visible on the latex layers at all... let alone poop?? All of this makes us conclude the larger delivery man was lying to us and took our $20 under false pretenses (lying to us in this and then lying to the company about the mattress' condition to cover his butt). All he had to do was say No because the mattress was in 3 rolled latex layers, we would have understood. But outright fabrication is CRAZY. I called a 2nd time and spoke with a manager to leave a complaint about the delivery guy... and she said they can do nothing about the tip money but they report in their invoice to JCP the next day that they haul away wasn't performed. We'll see how JCP handles refunds for this since our $25 was already charged. Fine and reasonable assuming people are honest, but that employee took a large tip and THEN refused to haul away the mattress AND lied to the company to make it sound reasonable. I hate liars. This is beyond crappy customer service. So I'm leaving my complaint here in their 1 star village just to say YES, watch out for their drivers!!! Wish I'd known to look out for this... the text communications says LLB Logistics, which has no internet reviews... but the phone number belongs to Barlows. So even that seems shady! If you are lucky enough to read this BEFORE your delivery, don't give those guys leeway and be quick to call the complaint line when they refuse a service that was guaranteed.

    If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. I purchased a refrigerator from home depot and it was scheduled for delivery today from 12-4 and I would receive a call a half hour before the delivery. I received a call at 1226 pm and the driver notes he would be there in 10 minutes. This left 10 minutes to clean the old fridge out. We were also told that they would install the new fridge and put the old one in the garage. Well the driver was literally going to drop the fridge off without installing it and wanted to charge for the moving the old one into the garage when we were told that it was free. When my husband questioned the drivers about installing and moving they just up and left without saying a word. When I called Barlows I was told multiple stories including that the driver showed up at 127 pm and then it changed the story to my husband was confrontational so they couldn't deliver. The driver is on camera at my door and entering my home at 1237. This company is full of lies, the manager refuses to speak with clients, and the dispatcher hangs up on people.

    This hose is kinked beyond repair. Trying to squeeze it back will only cause cracking and water leakage.

    So I guess this is the company that Home Depot sends out to do their kitchen appliance install jobs. I'm not sure why Home Depot uses this company... maybe they have a contract? Anyway, they came out to install three of our four kitchen appliances (I did the fridge myself). First of all, the guy absolutely destroyed the cabinet above the microwave. Sawdust everywhere, poor measurements meant crooked screws, and no washers to support the weight. The microwave was seriously hanging down on the right side. Check out the picture of the screw just hanging out of the cabinet... Second, a few months later our dishwasher, that we paid an additional $119 (plus cords and adapters) for install stops working. Not only was the dishwasher crooked (the left side comes out about a half inch farther than the right side), the drain hose was so smashed that it was kinked completely closed beyond repair. I'm sure we are going to need a new hose installed. Now we're sitting here during a global pandemic, cooking at home every night and our dishwasher is completely useless. These guys are the absolute worst. Sorry if they are the crew that is assigned to your install. I'd recommend NOT using Home Depot's install service as is seems they will most likely be send this company to your house.

    Uninstalled second dishwasher as first one was defective. The microwave vents into the house when it's suppose to vent outdoors.

    I give zero (one minus the above one) stars as in two attempts, Barlow was only able to properly install two of four appliances. The second crew was, not only rude, but scary.

He said he could come and look at it, but that would cost me a $90 service call and probably yield nothing. I also told him that if ANY appliance in this house needed attention, he is the first person I will call. He has earned my loyalty and he has never put a hand on anything here! Directly, at least. The tech spent about 5 minutes cleaning out the soap tray and hose. Then quoted us $700 to fix the frig. No thank you I got it fixed at another repair service for $425 parts and installation He charged us$270 for cleaning out the soap tray What a rip I am in a wheelchair , retired and we live on a fixed income. if I was able to I would have fixed it myself that's a price difference of $350 , that's a lot of money to us I would not recommend them as their prices are way out of line The other appliance company said that that soap dispenser service call with them would have cost $150.     Tech came out to replace the part that pumps out water when a cycle is done on our front loading…read morewasher. We paid for the service as it appeared our washing machine was fixed. Everything was working as normal for about a few days and then the main motor stopped during spin cycle and would not finish. Tech came out again, did some work and left with machine inoperable stating he needed a different part. Tech came back a third time, did some work and literally told us NOT to pay invoice unless test cycle finished because he wasn't confident he had fixed the issue. He was correct, he hadn't fixed the issue and motor was still stopping and giving same error. Through no dissatisfaction with Menmax (that will come later) we cancelled any further service on the washer, got rid of the broken machine and purchased a new washer. Had that been the end of things I wouldn't be writing this review. Today we were contacted (a week and a half after the last failed repair attempt) and told we need to pay the invoice we were previously told not to pay. I understand this cost Menmax money and time, but it cost us over a month of no washer and money to get a machine that works. If they realize that charging any fee for a failed repair is a bad business model, gives an appearance of being unethical and decides to forgo payment of that invoice, I will happily update this review and add stars as the tech was quite pleasant. We were contacted again today and Menmax waived the invoice payment. As promised I am updating this review and added stars as the tech was pleasant and persistent in his attempts to repair our machine. As these front loaders get more complicated "features" added to them they can be very difficult to maintain. No hard feelings on our part Menmax. You did what you could for us and we appreciate you.

He was very professional and quickly determined what was needed. He agreed with us that price to repair wasn't worth doing based on the age of the refrigerator. Sunday service call charge was very fair. I would recommend this company based on our one time experience.
