I also showed them a picture! I also requested to pay extra for the anti itch shampoo and conditioner...My baby was skinned so low that I didn't recognize her! She came in and ran under the sofa and I knew then she didn't like the experience! She was also itching uncontrollably, and I noticed on her was shaved down to her skin in places! I called Kontota, the next day because we didn't get any sleep! She was scratching nonstop! They told me it wasn't anything that they could do and they wouldn't give me back any money! I took Cupcake, to her to her vet @Banfield and spent 98.00 on prescription medication and extra for an allergy shot! Please don't allow your animal to be abused and treated like my Cupcake! It was an horrible experience! I called them and was crying and that's when they said it wasn't anything they could do! And wouldn't refund any of my money, and I hadn't brought it up about any money! Please, beware! She had another Mobile Grooming Company, named BarkBust!, where she had gone for a long time! They left and went back to California! I never had this problem ever! BEWARE!!'

Our two babies come out with their pretty bows on, looking really fine. The cuts were just right and one dog, Starbucks, was so impressed with herself, that it's funny how she perched like a sphinx on the back seat!. They have been patient with our crazy schedules, often getting mixed up, and a couple of big illnesses this past May. They also do just about any reasonable request, such as medical soap shampoos (Starbucks has bad skin allergies, we bring the soap, of course). They are always on time with pickups and they do extremely well with handling us, the always worried and ever- calling parents! In short, if you want your dog to have grooming done by someone who actually likes your pup, and gives it hugs and is kind too--this is the place to get wet!

I chose this clinic because it advertises a family‑owned, fear-free experience, exactly what I wanted for a senior dog. Unfortunately, our visit was the opposite of fear-free. The vet came into the room without having fully reviewed his cardiology report or medical records. Within minutes, she told me (very bluntly and without context) that his heart was failing and he might have "around 18 months." This was based solely on a single in‑office exam of a nervous, shaking senior dog. It was extremely distressing, especially because she delivered it in a matter‑of‑fact tone with no empathy or reassurance. The appointment also felt rushed. Her vet tech had mentioned she was leaving for vacation the next day and we were her last appointment of the day and the entire interaction reflected that urgency. Despite how visibly upset I was, the vet continued with worst‑case scenarios, including telling me that at some point I would have to choose between protecting his heart or his kidneys. She then told me she couldn't help us any further and referred us to MedVet in Dallas, framing it as if he needed specialist, end‑of‑life management. Hearing that, without a full review of his records and without any compassion, was devastating and completely unnecessary. After the appointment, I confirmed with his cardiologist and primary vet that her assessment did not match his actual condition or prognosis. The emotional impact of that visit was significant and avoidable with proper preparation and communication. I'm giving 2 stars only because the front desk staff was kind and the office is clean and modern. But based on our experience, I cannot recommend this clinic for senior pets or for anyone seeking a thoughtful, fear-free approach.

Justin groomed my little Tinkerbell and Cuddles today and they both look amazing. Cuddles is a Miniature American Eskimo (eskie) which is not a very common breed. It has been difficult to find someone who knows how to properly groom an eskie due to their extra sensitive skin. Justin not only knew how to groom an eskie, he even explained the special techniques he used to ensure he groomed cuddles to his breed standards. Cuddles coat has never looked this silky and even after a groom. I could not be happier! Tinkerbell is a 14 year old yorkipoo whom we have had groomed dozens of times over the years with multiple groomers as we've moved several times in several different states. She almost always comes back looking really cute and soft. But there will be a few chunks of hair here and there that are a bit longer than the rest of her coat or if they put bows in her hair which tend to fall out with in a few hours after being groomed. But today Justin made sure her coat was evenly cut and she came out feeling extra soft. Her bows are even still in and it's been over 12 hours. Two very different dogs, one with hair and one with fur. Both were groomed to perfection. Thank you so much Justin, we will definitely be back!!! read more

I didn't think a dog grooming session would be something I'd get emotional over. But man they are good! My husky Is skiddish around new people and just needs someone to be patient with him. He was classified as "aggressive" at Petsmart and I was devastated. After months of trying to bathe him myself (and failing at it) I found Justin on Facebook. I loved that it was in a house to hopefully help keep my pup comfortable so I decided to give it a try! Not only did they make him look STUNNING, but they were kind and so positive about his trip there! We will always be using Bark'N Buddies for his haircuts from now on! read more
