Other than the noodles, the ramen was nicely flavored and not too oily/heavy, and it was pretty good. Not among my top 5 bowls, but definitely better than all the bowls I've had in MA suburbs so far. It was 80 degrees in the restaurant and it was a little uncomfortable to eat Ramen in a hot restaurant. Anyway, on to the actual food. The mushroom dumplings are always excellent. The edamame had good flavoring and cooked garlic/onion mixed in. The chicken Ramen could've used a bit more seasoning. Added some of the table sauces and that worked perfectly. The vibes are always right with the 90s Hop Hop decor and music playing. There was only 1 chef at some point during our visit so the service was a little slower than usual.
