This place is awesome!! You can tell how much love and thought went into this business right when you walk through the front door. Jillian, Dan and entire team really care about the dogs and their relationship with their clients. I am so relieved I never have to search for another place for our sweet Molly girl. Thank you Bark Collective. We love and appreciate you all!! read more

My husband and I have been searching for over a year to find a place to board our 12 year old pup, Katniss. Our girl is a Lab/Boxer mix, great temperament but some physical issues due to being hit by a car before we adopted her. During the pandemic she was not socialized for a while. Since she has some physical issues, she is better with smaller dogs even though she is about 70 pounds. We drove by Bark Collective and decided to stop in. Dan met us and was extremely cordial as we discussed our concerns about our pup. He recommended we bring her in for a half day. One of the things that impressed us was that dogs were not grouped by size temperament. When we went to pick Katniss up, Dan said she did great. She was calm, tail wagging and seemed to really enjoy her morning at Bark. We decided to go away for a few days. We received photos every day of our smiling girl! She was relaxing in the sun (one of her favorite things to do), smiling and comfortable. The daily pictures were such a blessing. Everyone at Bark Collective is kind and it's oblivious that they truly care about our precious pups. Thank you, Dan, Jillian and your amazing staff for taking such good care of our girl. We are looking forward to planning another vacation and bringing Katniss in for day visits. read more

I could not recommend Bark Collective more! We recently finished the 2 week Board and Train service for our two dogs, Nala (3 year old Shepherd mix) and Tito (2 year old Lab) and it was the best experience ever!! Abby is an amazing trainer - identified issues with both our dogs and gave us the tools to continue training once bringing the pups home. Nala and Tito are truly different (happier and healthier!) dogs and we can happily go on a walk without getting pulled the entire way or being nervous to pass by other pups. Abby and the entire team were super communicative throughout the entire process - we even received pictures every day! We'll continue going to Bark Collective for doggy daycare, boarding, and pack-walks! 11/10 recommend. read more

I have been sending my dog Bentley with Ocpc for daycare for the last 5 years. I recently adopted my second dog Piper and she came riddled with issues. She was nervous and scared of everything. She got carsick every time I put her in the car. Jillian worked with me and Piper and she is now a new dog! She never gets car sick when she goes for daycare with her brother Bentley three days a week. Jillian trained me on how to use the gentle leader and to work through her nervousness issues. She is now a well rounded dog who loves people and dogs and everyone she comes in contact with. She's an amazing trainer! You can also tell Jillian's employees really care about the dogs- they are also trained to uphold the standards Jillian has. There is no better service out there!! Thank you Orange County Pet Care! read more

We just started taking our german short haired pointer (high energy dog) here and they have done an amazing job with daycare, boarding & pack walks. Our dog is exhausted coming home from a day filled of fun and training. All of the staff are extremely friendly & knowledgeable about dogs - you can tell everyone cares so much and is invested in your dogs success. Another plus - daily photos! read more

I was lucky enough to be an employee at Bark Collective for about a year and I fell in love with this business. Being an animal lover I was so excited to learn more about the needs, care, and training tricks for dogs. I was dog walking full time and got to bring my own pup on pack walks. The team truly makes you feel like family and the clients also show their appreciation of your hard work which always made me feel valued. The facility is absolutely stunning and kept well organized and cleaned daily, the dogs who board are staying in luxury! One of our duties as a dog walker was to keep our van clean every single day after use, which made the next day round of pick ups always feel like a fresh start. As much as I felt welcomed, loved, and appreciated , so did my wild husky mix who stole some hearts while I worked there. Mention the name Hurricane at your next visit, and you'll be sure to get a smile! WE LOVE BARK CO!! - Faith read more

I'm so gracious and happy that I found Jillian. I thought my experience being president of Ventura county Schutzhund (police dog training) and having taken my Rottweiler to the national championship would be enough to train my pet Shitsui- Yorkie 8 lb dog. Oh boy, this guy is a character. Challenged me, barked at me, and attitude when I corrected him. I think we went through a pack of chicken a day doing positive reinforcement. He trained me well. All I wanted was for him to potty on a pee pad covered dedicated kitchen floor and use his inside voice while I was on conference calls. After reading a book on small dogs and watcmultiple YouTube videos . I found JILLIAN. She went through the differences between working dog disposition and what I called little dog terrorist disposition. It Made sense and definitely was a ego deflater as a schutzhund trainer. Humbled by an 8 pound puppy with attitude and now his soon to be humble sharp Opere . Jillian took him for 2 full days and 1 half day (honest reasonable prices). He now began signaling me fo potty and was starting to sit on command. Amazing to me!. I work a lot sometimes out of town so to expedite the potty training I ask Jillian to take him for 2 weeks ( any price would have been reasonable) instead of taking advantage of a the situation. She convinced me I could do it and hand held me to be a happy house trained owner (including text and phone calls with simple solutions). After max 3 weeks I now have an awesome dog (and dog trainer humility. What was the issue -- ME he is so small and cute I felt bad correcting him (ie spoiling a terrorist). I am impressed with Jillian's knowledge, experience, tolerance ( with me) and honest genuine service and pricing. I highly recommend her. She is heads above her competition and I honestly know she has mine and Enzos best interest above all. Thank You Jillian and Dan read more

Took my 7 year old maltipoo in for 2 weeks of training and couldn't be happier with her results! Prior to training she was extremely stubborn and very anxious. The trainers worked some magic on her and sent home the best dog! They trained me as much as her so I'm doing my best to implement the practices at home. Well worth the investment!!! read more

I couldn't say better things about Bark Collective . Truly, it takes a lot to trust someone with your furry baby - but Bark Collective and their staff have made it easy. Our 11 month old dog boards here (and absolutely loves it, his tail starts wagging right when we pull up). He also just completed a 2 week bootcamp with a primary focus on leash pulling (although they focused on other behavioral issues as well, the whole package) holy cow... did our dog completely transform!!! Before coming here, Archie struggled on the leash and pulled hard, barked at bicyclists, would choke himself, and more. It was intolerable to walk him. When we went to pick him up on day 14, I cried of joy. Archie was a new dog in the best way possible (and yes they remember you ), he was attentive, showed no signs of anxiousness, listened to us, and had a welcoming yet calm demeanor. Jillian and Abby worked wonders! We could not be more happy. Please look no further for dog daycare, boarding, bootcamp, and more!!! They even send you a photo of your happy pup every single day that your dog is there (thank you Stacey!!) and let me tell you how much those photos brighten the day. Your furry baby will always be in good hands here. A loyal customer for life. Thank you for changing our lives and Archie's too! We love you all! read more

The Best facility I've ever used. Safe, clean, new, professional. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

As many of you can relate, our dogs are our children and especially due to their size and one with specific health needs, we are very particular about who cares for our pets. OC Pet Care has provided us with a safe, friendly, consistent and reliable pet sitting service. We really love how they are experienced with pups of all sizes and that they are attentive to their individual needs. More than anything it feels like we are leaving them in the care of trusted family!! Thank you so much for taking care of us - Bear and Penny ps. Penny is sorry for being such a grump sometimes. read more

Wonderful just what your best friends need in times like these! Jillian is like a spa day fir your pets calm and relaxing

Jillian is the absolute best! From our first meeting, she was incredibly professional. Our little guy, Gary, just loved her from the minute she walked in the door. He's even learned a trick or two! Jillian send photos from doggy outings and cares for our fur-babies like they are her own. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! read more

Jillian is such an amazing trainer! She worked with my last dog Roxie, and has helped me get my new puppy on tack in just a few sessions! She uses positive reinforcement and touch and has truly changed my dogs into the most wonderful and well behaved puppies ever. Watching her behavior training and and how she treats each dog differently based on their needs is truly incredible to watch. The dogs respond to her so quickly and get SO excited to work when she walks to the door. Paulie now goes for daycare three days a week and loves walking with her pack! We also do monthly training sessions to stay on track. I cannot tell you how blessed I feel to have Jillian in our lives, call her! You won't regret it! read more

If you're like me and very hard to impress then you'd understand my initial skepticism when we sent our two crazy, out of control, 4 month old French bulldogs to OC Pet Care (or "bootcamp" as I now like to call it) for training. When they returned to our house two weeks later I was beyond impressed. I had to ask several times if these two well behaved, mature, obedient pups were actually ours. Jillian and her crew not only turned these two into the perfect dogs but were very very good at explaining their technique and training us, so to speak, on how to duplicate their actions now that they were home. All I can say is money well spent and you get what you pay for as I'd pay twice as much if I knew I was going to receive our pups back in this condition. We've had the BEST time with them since they've been back and are continuing to work with them everyday as instructed. It's easy and it's worth it! read more

I am so grateful I found this business!!!!! I am always moving around from city to city so I've been looking for someone to watch my dog for months. Jillian is awesome and I've had other dog sitters come and watch my pup overnight as well. They are all professional, respectful and truly have the gift of making dogs happy, well fed, walked and content! The prices are very affordable compared to every other place I've found so i would highly, 10/10 recommend Jillian and her team to anyone who needs dog services read more

My husband and I adopted a 5-month old terrier mix from the local animal shelter six weeks ago. I have never been as good of a dog owner as I'd like to be on the training side. I've always loved on my doggies so much and done all the right things with diet and vet, etc. but never with training. I vowed this time would be different. I am so thankful we found Bark Collective for our new doggie, Mac. He came to us with no skills, but a lot of fur and cuteness, and really was activated around all other dogs, our cats, anything. Very anxious and not behaving well. We enrolled him in Bark Collective's Board and Train program and we could not believe the results. After just two weeks, Mac was a totally different -- better, happier -- dog! It was incredible. Now, Mac can coexist in our home with our two adult cats, he knows commands well - sit, stay, off, down, place, heel, when to stop and sit on a walk, and more. Now, our walks with him are so fun - he doesn't have the reactivity to other dogs, is so well socialized, and can really do it all. He seems happier, too - not anxious at all. We loved it so much - and Mac did too - that we have him going on Adventure Days with the Bark Collective crew three times each week. He comes back so happy and ready to relax. I wish I had done this with all of my dogs. Thank you to Bark Collective for giving us the doggie experience we've always wanted! read more

Jillian is amazing!!! She runs a great place here and is so so sweet. My husky diamond requires a lot of exercise, she's 2 years old. I just started going back to school and with work I don't really have as much time as I use too exercise her as much as I should. Usually diamond doesn't like strangers at all but that was not the case with Jillian, I instantly felt a warming sensation when I first spoke with her she just radiates positive energy!! I think if I keep taking diamond here she'll like Jillian more than me! read more

After working as a veterinary nurse for 6 years, It's so important and comforting to feel confident in who I leave my dog with- be it for an hour or overnight. Even in the summer, I can know that she (Jillian) is not only knowledgeable of the potential risk but pays attention to his snub-nose and his lack of ability to regulate heat. Jillian and her staff genuinely care about the fur-babies left in their care and make a point to learn about, and build relationships with each of them. read more

We called Jillian at Orange County Pet Care because of a recommendation given to us by a friend. We have a busy schedule and with our pup Ritzy needing daily exercise and some homies to kick it with while we're at work, we decided to give OCPC a try. Wow! We couldn't have been more ecstatic about that decision from day one! Ritzy had several homies to kick it with and played to her heart's content. Not to mention the beautiful walk she went on (and even made a feature on OCPC's Instagram page). We have definitely found a long term relationship with Jillian and staff, and would recommend their services to anyone needing a sitter/walker for their fur family. read more

WE LOVE BARK COLLECTIVE. I have had a relationship with Bark Collective for several years and it is the only place I will send my dog. It is incredible to see the growth that they have had as a business, and it speaks volumes to how wonderful they are. My dog always comes home so happy (and tired lol). My dog does the full day of care which includes A LOT of walking, which he needs as a high energy breed. His breed can also be a little nervous at times, but I feel confident sending him because they are so great with him and it's a great way to keep his confidence up. They do pick up and drop offs as well which SAVES ME! I know he is being cared for by an amazing group of people who are treating their dogs with love and kindness. They send the cutest photos to update you throughout the day which I love. They were also so instrumental in teaching me how to train my dog when he was a puppy, and I cannot thank them enough as now our life is a breeze with how well trained he is. Their facility is so beautiful and clean. I have referred all my friends to them. I just cannot say enough good things about them. Jillian and Dan have created a very special place and I am so happy to be a part of the Bark Collective family. read more

Jillian and her employees are amazing. My dog Moogie gets walks and daycare 5 days a week and he sits at the door all morning waiting for her. She send pictures of the dogs out on hikes, playing at the beach and walking with all their friends. If your dog can't handle a long day they can go home and relax with Jillian with plenty of room to run around in the backyard. I use Jillian for overnights, she drives my dog to get baths and even to vet visits. She's amazing!!! Try out OCPC, you won't ever need another service. read more

I am SO thankful Jillian, the owner was recommended to me. I can't even imagine putting my dog in a cage while I'm away traveling for work or pleasure. The fact that Jillian will do whatever makes my dog feel best and take her along for daily dog walks and playgroups scheduled in her biz just puts a smile on my and my dog's face! Jillian will even let my dog sleep in her bed! TRUST me I know it happens or my princess will be crying all night and no one would get sleep. Jillian's services are not inexpensive, however, when you know your dog gets EXACTLY what they want and are loved in her sweet little home, how can one say no? If you absolutely want your dog taken care of (maybe even better than you do yourself) she IS the answer! I can't put a price on my dogs safety, activity, love and dog friendships Jillian provides. My princess will always be a princess as life is hard enough and I don't want her to endure what I do. If you feel the same, contact Jillian! #WorthEveryPenny read more

I contacted owner, Jillian, because I was interested in scheduling a meet & greet in order to start the process to get my two aussies enrolled in doggie day care for socialization purposes. One of my aussies is great with other dogs and people but suffers from extreme separation anxiety while my other has leash aggression when we pass other dogs and certain people on walks. She suggested I set up an hour training season so she could walk with me & my dogs for an hour to demonstrate what I need to do to train both dogs during walks. At this point, walks were getting more and more miserable as I tried everything from shock collars, citronella collars, correcting spray, etc and I was desperate and still unable to control my dogs constant need to bark and lounge at others during walks. Jillian entered my house and immediately took center stage by setting clear boundaries with my dogs and letting them know who was in control that hour. I've worked with a couple of trainers before and I've never learned so much in such a short amount of time. Every minute of that hour was valuable information as many habits I had while walking them was detrimental to their training. I can't tell you how exhausted both my dogs and I were after this amazing session with her. Jillian is brilliant at what she does and if you are looking to train your dog, I would highly recommend her services. You will learn ALOT and will not be disappointed !!! read more
