Excellent groomers! Super happy after my first time there. My 4 month old puppy has black nails and I have a hard time seeing the quick. I did a walk-in clipping and the staff was absolutely awesome. Very nice and welcoming. My pup was in and out within 5 minutes or less. The prices are great as well! I am so happy with the results, I plan to only come here to get his nails done! I couldn't recommend this place more! Great work girls!!!!!

Got my long haired cat groomed and they did an amazing job ! He got the lions cut, will definitely be taking him back when he needs another cut.

NO STARS....had my cockapoo "groomed" here today and they butchered her. Shaved off multiple old age skin warts she had on her and left her a bloody mess....I even warned them beforehand as it was my first time there. I was so flustered when I picked her up I even tipped the one who did this to her. A vet friend of ours said "Jesus, WTF, are they blind??!" This has never happened in her 11 years of her life.

We have been brining our puppies here for years. They are always super accommodating especially if you have to get the little one in for a quick clean up. If you just need a quick nail cut, Brandy is probably one of the nicest doggy groomers ever. She can cut a dogs nails quickly and efficiently - even my most tender footed pup didn't make a fuss! Check them out if you need a good groomer, you will leave with a wagging tail! **edited review because I meant to make this a 5* review

They did a great job on my 12 pound Yorkie mix. I was very pleased with the results and when I came to get him he was happily sitting with the owner as opposed to being in a cage. Highly recommend. read more

The Ladies there are just wonderful! I have been taking my 2 Cats there for a few years now. And recently my new puppy for nail trimming. One of my cats is a long haired cat and has a lions cut in the warmer months...They do a fabulous job. All my fur babies love going read more

Smelled like urine upon entering and was so dirty. I know it's a groomer, but it was gross. I should have left then. Unfriendly groomer came out to get my pup. She did an okay job, nothing special. I didn't like that his eyes were very red around the outside for at least one week after. Soap in his eyes, or something? Will not return. As an update, the eye issue got worse and he wasn't opening his eye. A vet visit confirmed scratch on the cornea. Do not recommend. read more

Amazing! My dog Charlie is a alfa dog and will fight anyone that wants to clip him!! The staff was so quick she put the muzzle on him before you could blink your eye!!! Did a great job clipping him . Cannot say enough good about her(terrific ) super groomer!! read more

My dog does not like pawdicures. I have never been able to cut her nails. This is one of the only places that has ever been able to get near her paws, let alone cut all four paws in one sitting. The staff is great. They offer walk ins. They are very reasonably priced. They offer a wide variety of grooming services. read more

I brought my little shihtzu here a few times and the first time the girl did a horrible job so I asked for the owner Katie to do her. The first time she did a good job but after that she went down hill and her attitude isn't friendly at all. Everytime my poor lil girl came she she had nick marks where they cut her with the buzzer or razor. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone only if you want your dog cut in different places. Very unprofessional. read more

I've been bringing my dogs here for years and every time, they come home perfectly trimmed. They're kind, meticulous and always do a great job! No matter when you call, they always get you in the day of and they do walk-in nail clippings which is great. Check the valpack for a coupon, I always forget to do that but it's reasonably priced and totally well worth it! read more

First time there, recommended to me by a friend. So friendly and accommodating to my needs. My standard poodle she looks so pretty and she came back happy too! Sometimes they are not so happy when they come from a groomer. Today she was happy, which makes momma happy! Booked my second appt. for my other standard for next week. Keep you posted....prices are great and the cut was beautiful. Cant ask for much more, friendly, great service, happy people = happy puppies :) read more

What did you do to Max today? My husband said a tiny bit shorter on his face. You shaved our Shih Zhu Bichon Max, and now he looks like a white rat. So very unhappy with your grooming today. I have never seen such a bad job. read more

Bark Avenue is a great pet salon. My Persian cat receives her grooming here and she always comes out just Beautiful! The owner and staff are very courteous and friendly to their clients. Here you will find groomers that will take the utmost care of your pet during their grooming session. Got them groomed once, it went great. We went back a month later and my adult dog came back bleeding. Wasn't concerned until the next day she started gnawing at her skin. She already has bad enough skin that took a YEAR to get back to what's called her normal. I'm LIVID. Whatever there hypoallergenic soap is, is obviously not hypoallergenic at all. Second, now we have fleas!!!! Never in 10 years had an issue. I am disgusted and so disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I brought my dog here twice. I feel as though the best part was the price. Very reasonbly priced. But you get what you pay for. My dog was returned to me smelling nice, groomed ok, ears were notcleaned. This was our second visit, the first time they forgot to brush behind her ears. When brought to the owners attention she was apologetic and said she would take $10.00 off our next visit.....which she did. I didnt drop my dog off or pick her up the first time. And was told by the person who did. "Dont bring her there again" with no explanation. The 2nd time my husband dropped her off and "wasnt happy leaving her there" so i need to go see myself,. Well, you have to make your way through the emploees standing in front of the shop smoking. I walked in to see a dog getting groomed. The poor dog was shaking like crazy and the girl grooming it was so ruff with him and didnt try to console him it all! Most of all the place was dirty! read more

When I arrived to pick my Yankee up I was surprised to hear that their credit card system was not working. I do not carry cash on me and since I live so close by I left my phone behind when I left to pick up my dog. The girl at the counter was kind when she asked if I could zelle the payment when I got home, which I had no problem doing. However the "manager" (Chelsea I believe was her name), apparently didn't like the idea of that. She walked over with a nasty attitude asking me "what the problem was" and told me she would not be giving me my dog until I paid. Meanwhile my puppy was screeching for me and scratching under the gate. Obviously this was not a great way to approach the situation and I told her to call her boss to take my card info and let her know I will no longer be bringing my business there because of her managers treatment of me. She had a smirk as if she could care less, which is probably the case to be honest and that's just fine. And they don't know me or all the business I have sent their way that will also follow me after such disrespect. Such a shame. This place was really great until they started hiring these kind of people. Miss the old staff! I will be trying another place next month.
