I was very happy with the service I received there. The flexibility to drop of my dog anytime during the drop off window (and the same for pick up) makes life easy. No need to set up an exact appointment and be charged if you are running late. The staff are all passionate about dogs, and I felt like my dog was wanted there; he wasn't just "business". When I called to check on him, the staff all knew him by name and would give me updates on his behavior. He came home clean and happy when I picked him up from his 2 weeks stay!
