It's too bad that I have to write an unfavorable review for this place because the working staff is great. I understand that running a business can be difficult and that sometimes it's hard to make everyone happy. At first, Kim, the owner was as nice as could be and I thought that we, my dog and I, had found a great place for him to go. However, after a few visits it was clear that Kim was not the professional that I had thought. She is an owner and certainly the queen B there, the question is what does the B stand for? As I was being informed about the deals they offer for frequent clients, a regular client came in and dropped his dog off quickly. Smiles were exchanged and the client left. As soon as he was out the door, the owners started complaining about him (I will avoid the details)...which I thought was odd for then to do with me there, but, I didn't think too much about it. I soon found out that is just their way. Smile to your face and talk about you behind your back. It's really just a measure of professionalism.
I had a question about my balance because I bought a package from them. When I asked about my balance Kim said I had $240 left in my account. I knew that was incorrect and said, "That's not right". She replied, "Yes, it is." I repeated, "No, it's not". She then said, it's $340 like how dare I hold her to account to tell me the correct balance. There was another person waiting and I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. She then rolled her eyes at me as if I was an unpleasantry that she had to deal, instead of a customer. So I left and felt very bothered by our interaction. When I returned to let them know that I was uncomfortable with how things went last time I was refunded my money and told that I was rude to everyone there.
I was going for my dog and I ended up dealing with the ego of the owner who wants everyone to know that it's her place. That's fine if that's how they want to run their business. You'll be fine there, just as long as you don't have to deal with Kim. read more
