Andy did a wonderful job installing a new patio heater and fan in our outdoor patio. He needed to…read morerun a new 30amp circuit from the breaker panel, through the attic and down into the patio for the heater. It was a tight squeeze in the attic but he managed to run the wire the shortest route, creating the least amount of conduit on the outside of the home. Besides the heater and fan, he installed and programmed the remote on/off switch for the heater, installed a wall-mounted remote switch for the fan and installed a remote switch for our outdoor patio lighting. He managed to do it all in a day and even worked in the dark to paint the new conduit to match the color of the stucco. Everything looks great and works well. His bid wasn't the cheapest, it was actually the middle bid. The other electricians wanted to cut a bunch of holes in my drywall to fish wire across our house. Once you add it the cost to repair and paint the drywall he would have been the cheapest bid. Andy took the time to really inspect our attic and floor plan and said the only hole he would need to make is in a closet in our guest room above our kitchen. The hole was small and discreet and only about 4 inches square which he covered it with a faceplate. Great communication. Job was completed perfectly and won't hesitate to hire him again.
