Each room has its own shower and a wide open float room where you have a door and have plenty of room above you to avoid any feelings of claustrophobia. Once you check in, there is a locker room to prepare of get ready once your session is done. There is also a relaxation room that has tea and water, plus a bunch of recliners that you can dose off in after your session. There is a fireplace in here and lovely music that puts you right at ease. I loved this part and made the whole experience feel more like a spa. Once entering the float room, you will shower with PH balancing products provided by the facility. Then you will enter your float tank. You can change the music and its strength as well as the lighting. There are different colored lights or you can turn them off altogether. Each session is 60 minutes. This provides lots of time to relax and disengage. Giving the client a full sensory deprivation experience. It was hard for me to relax at first, and reminded me of how hard it is to meditate. But ultimately gave me the relaxation I needed. After the session, you show again and can get ready, or hang out in the relaxation room. They have much more than just float as well. You can do cryotherapy, there are salt rooms that can be great for those with eczema, and my favorite vibrating water bed. (I don't know what its called, but I loved it). I highly recommend this spot for relaxation and treating yourself.

The 1st 2 times I called and left a message to schedule an appointment and no one called me back. I called again mid August and was able to finally book but everything went downhill from there. I have rescheduled 3 times because the floats were out of service due to motor repairs. The last call I received to reschedule now SEPTEMBER was told that it takes a couple of weeks for the repair to be completed. My question is if it takes a couple of weeks why didnt you tell me that the 1st time I rescheduled? They also called me to "schedule" an appointment the 2nd time because apparently their system had a glitch and I wasn't on the schedule and the motors for the floats were down. Anyways I finally arrive for my appt on Saturday and I have never felt so UNDERVALUED. No one welcomed me at all once the girl came back from the back with a customer. She did tell the man she was with that shes new.. ok we've all been there l. But out comes one of the employees who does botox from the back to find me on the schedule and I wasn't there for Saturday but I was there for Sunday. Once I asked if i can schedule for today cause Sunday i won't be able to she shrugged and said sorry all booked, give me a bitter look and chuckled. I told her I was gonna be out of town and the look she gave me was like well that's not my problem. Since she didnt ask if I could reschedule all she did was stare I started soooo can I reschedule? It won't be till a month later. She stood up and had the receptionist take over. Definitely lack etiquette on her part. Made me feel unwelcome, unvalued and actually unwanted there. I left that place disgusted with myself cause that's how she made me feel. It's such a shame.
