Then she proceeds to tell me she doesn't give refunds. Then why say you reached out to provide a refund on my public review and leave me a voicemail saying you would give one? She is less than a year into business and it shows. She wouldn't have the conversation with me on the phone and to turn around and blame me for your unprofessional behavior is wild. The ownership should take note that left all the valuable inventory, merchandise, essential oils, and therapeutic medications in the lobby unattended and entirely unsecured. Someone could literally have walked off with hundreds, even thousands of dollars worth of merch. The woman who eventually arrived - after I'd been standing around for over 10 minutes, was sweet and very helpful, but explicitly said she was new when I asked why I'd been asked to come early. The water in the foot spa was barely warm and did not appear to be fresh despite the fact that I was the first appointment of the day. Given that it was not very large, I expected the water to be new. Additionally, there was a second chair pulled up to it, as if clients may be expected to share the same footbath at the same time. Gross. The IR Sauna wasn't preheated. I reserved an hour - by the time the unit heated up to 150, the session was ending. I really wanted to like to Stillwater, but I won't check in there again.
