Gaby made an inappropriate comment stating that I needed to get off the phone because clients become extra dramatic when they have an "audience." I found that extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm an adult and I know how to conduct myself. When she inspected the area, she questioned how long I had let my hair grow, and even after I clarified that it had been 2.5 weeks, she continued to argue with me. I asked her directly if I should reschedule, and she said it was fine -- but the end result proved otherwise. The waxing session was rushed, lasting barely 10 minutes. After saying "ok," she just walked out without any follow-up or indication the service was complete. I paid $85 plus a $15 tip out of courtesy, but when I got home and checked, I was shocked to find large patches of hair left behind -- the job was incomplete and sloppy. My vagina looked like Cynthia from the Rugrats. I attempted to contact the shop multiple times afterward to discuss the issue, but no one answered the phone. I ended up going to another esthetician and paying again to have the wax corrected. I've been a loyal customer in the past, especially when Norma was there, and always received quality service. Sadly, that level of professionalism and care seems to have disappeared. I do not recommend this place anymore and will not be returning.

I paid $80 and gave a tip to be injured and insulted by this business owner. I'm very sorry that I didn't read the reviews about Gaby, the owner before coming here. A few minutes later, another customer walked in and asked me if there was a wait because she didn't have an appointment. I explained that I wasn't sure because I had called and made an appointment for both services. She then spoke with the staff, mentioning that she had also made an appointment around the same time, and they seated her before me. I had to speak up and remind them that I also had an appointment before they finally attended to me. They started with my pedicure, but after it was finished, they completely forgot about my manicure. I politely reminded them, and they asked if I could come back tomorrow. I had to explain three separate times that I specifically made an appointment for both services today because I could not come back another day. Eventually they squeezed me in, but by then I had already been at the salon for nearly two hours. They asked if I could continue waiting for a station, and I agreed because I understand that mistakes happen. I had to tell them over 4 times which colors and that it was the powder not the polish. Once I was finally seated, they removed my polish, then moved me to another chair, and ultimately skipped the actual manicure service entirely, only completing the SNS application. At that point, I had been in the salon for almost three hours and just wanted to be finished. What hurt the most wasn't the mistake--it was the lack of communication and accountability. At no point did anyone sincerely apologize for the confusion, the delays, or forgetting an entire service that I had scheduled. Instead, I was handed a bottle of lotion and a piece of chocolate after mentioning it was my birthday. While I appreciate the gesture, it didn't make up for the fact that I had to cancel my birthday dinner because I spent nearly three hours at the salon. This experience left me feeling incredibly disappointed and honestly heartbroken because I've supported this business for years. I know they're capable of providing amazing service, which is exactly why this experience was so upsetting. I will likely continue coming because I've had so many positive experiences in the past, but I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously.
