The employees are friendly, helpful, and provide exemplary customer service. They only sell Fraser Firs, and the trees are grown on a farm in Michigan. It's a small, family business. This year there is a Fraser Fir shortage, and the prices were higher than last year. However, it is the experience that has brought myself and the family back for two years in a row. The kids love walking among the trees under a big tent. The couple working the tent make little trees and put them in little scrape wood stands for the mini-pirates to take home. I was looking for door hooks and saw the sign that said , "Hardware" so I was in the right place pretty quickly. I thought I had found the hook I wanted but when I was looking in the bin where that hook was supposed to be, I found a hook I liked a lot better so I bought it instead. It was a quick self-checkout and then I was out the door and back on the highway in no time!

The lawn and garden is going to be treated with Nature's Creation Cedar Repel, Flea Destroyer and Medine Orange Oil Concentrate. The dog gets another bath and vinegar rinse. I can't believe a company like Krebs that has been around for as long as they have would conduct their business in this manner. I have several Krebs ornaments on my tree that I have purchased from outside vendors. I was sorely mistaken to think it would be easier to order straight from the source, in fact it's been the exact opposite! Moving forward I will NEVER buy straight from Krebs ever again!!! And just like someone else posted, I will also be reporting them to Better Business Bureau, I will likely report them to my bank in order to cancel my order and get my refund. Update....after reporting to the BBB I did finally receive a response. Apparently there's only ONE customer service person to deal with all inquiries which doesn't seem like the best way to handle your business but whatever. I did receive a full refund for my missing item. And once I did finally hear from someone, her responses were prompt and polite. However, I will still never order from Krebs again and will continue to find what I'm looking for elsewhere.

The only thing you pay for, is your tree. They had free beverages, snacks & treats. And, the tree we chose is beautiful. A 7' Fraser (so soft, you really can hug it!) cost before tax was around $130. Well worth it. My family had a great time! Most places that also offer food and activities charge to get in. We have four children, so even a low entry fee of $15 ends up being $90 just to enter!! So, to me, the cost of a much better quality tree than Costco or Home Depot offer, was completely worth it. They have a wonderful selection, the nicest and most helpful staff, and you and your family will have an experience beyond just choosing a tree.

His staff members are always super helpful and friendly. If one does no the answer, they will ask someone who does. Let's go to the value at all of their locations. I price shop all of the garden stores in the area, from Lowe's, Home Depot to Christiana's and more. Calloways has the best pricing for fuller, thicker herbs then anyone else in town their pricing on herbs are almost $2.00 less then Home Depot and or Lowe's these days, and they look so much better. Christiana's might be cheaper but the lack of thickness and fullness of their herbs are just putting you behind by a month or more. Trust me, go look. The organization at Calloways also just makes it easier to find the herbs and flowers quickly and easily compared to big box stores. The variety is unmatched at this location, Custer location and the North Plano location as well. I shop all locations as I look for the most beautiful flowers I can find. Calloways has come a long way over the decades. They have now become some of the most competitive flowers, herbs and vegetables specialists with great overall value. Go give them a try and if you have go back and try them again after you shop those big store brands. Be sure to sign up for their deals and email notifications. That's where the real savings show up!
