But I was lucky enough to find Affordable Roofing -- seriously, Bruce and his team saved us. Some things to know about this company: - Bruce picks up the phone. I've called several times, including when I found water in the attic (perhaps not a surprise because a piece of the roof was gone, but I'm a n00b!). - Not only does Bruce answer, he shows up. He came over to check out the leak, he and his team showed up on time, and the work was done in a day. Seriously, a DAY. - The name is accurate. The estimate was true to our final bill, which we paid in the form of a deposit and then a final payment when the work was complete. Bruce was carefully managing the whole process. He told us what to expect (it's a 30 year old roof, so it won't match perfectly with the other pieces, and he let us know before he started). This whole housing thing is a journey.
