It's slopped onto a metal tray as if we were in a third world prison. No care, no thought of presentation in the least. I finish that and move on to the "Mexican rice". To call this Mexican rice would be insulting to an entire culture. The rice was absolutely from a frozen bag, and came with corn (understandable), Lima beans and green beans, which the latter of are far from what they called "gourmet" Mexican. It was horrendous. I spared myself the cold, crusted over beans and decided to try the enchilada. Again, frozen. The beef was far from relatable to that of the taco, the tortilla was mush, and the sauce was offensive to anything close to a taste bud. Please, do yourself a favor and eat else where.
