I've never received such poor service from a store. How bad does an establishment have to be to allow their employees (intentional or not) to pack returned/used items to fulfill an order. This is not a stereotypical barbershop that makes people feel uncomfortable if you don't fit a certain description. All people are welcomed and they're very welcoming. Luce is a cool guy with cool hair, I think eric cut my hair (if that's his name) and he was definitely focused, very soft spoken with a deep voice but the convo was at a minimal. He did a great job with fade and shape up. Overall I feel more comfortable at my barbers, I needed something fast and luces was down the street from a meeting I had. So I'd probably come back, but I wouldn't wait if there was a long line.

Where I typically feel nervous about new-to-me barbers, Drew and his colleague made me feel right at home. I described what I wanted, and 20 minutes later I was done! $17 is a couple bucks more expensive than my normal cut, but for the convenience of avoiding traffic, it was worth it. I especially want to note that they know how to effectively cut a taper here. It's the true test of a good barber for me, and this place passes with flying colors.
