I don't know what kind of scam this place is trying to run but it's disgusting. As you can see in the photos the products have been used and there is even hair and debris in some of them. The powders were all empty, and the jars all had chunks missing out of them. When I reached out to their store, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I didn't know the powders would be light. I even sent photos to their email to which they just responded that they were going to send a return label. No offer to re-send new product, nothing. I've never received such poor service from a store. How bad does an establishment have to be to allow their employees (intentional or not) to pack returned/used items to fulfill an order. This whole situation is so bizarre. Never again.

Place is a gem. And an anachronism. Not sure that the haircuts are that good (if you don't say…read moreanything the youngsters are likely to walk out with a bowl cut), but for years we loved taking our sons here. There were loads of adults who looked on knowingly - they themselves had obviously been coming here since they were children to get their hair cut. The boys liked their bucket of forgotten toys and interesting children's books. Not too long ago they added a TV to the waiting area and this was a mistake. The folks who work here are older (and very friendly) and they usually have the volume up way too loud. We actually don't frequent this place any more, usually going further north up York Road to Sal's.

I'm satisfied and pleased with the service received. They only accept cash, so come prepared. It's a small shop, but all types of people, including females were at this facility to get there hair cut. I'd recommend this place and would personally come back. I know people are sketchy with who cuts their hair, but this place seems like they're all well trained in their craft and they're not stylist pretending to to know how to do a shape up lol.

I went to see Dante on a Wednesday at noon and he was not only a pleasure to talk to but did a great job giving me a Mohawk which I have gotten a ton of complements on. They are very affordable and even provide straight razor shaves. Genuinely one of the best places to get a haircut in Baltimore.

Two different stylist really enjoyed it. The full price was 120+ tip. (Should have been $140 but there was a coupon- 45 for hair and 90 for color + shampoo charge?) Amazing for woman's hair! I returned yesterday for just the color and after the service was charged $182. Same colorist, same hair, double the price. I said something and they got it down to $135 + tip. (Apparently the same gloss was $45 this time). Not sure if they undercharged last time or what happened but now I know going there, my hair is somewhere between 120 and 180 for the same service and that just doesn't make sense to me. :( definitely taught me to plan ahead for my normal stylist. Ask in advance if you are a woman, there is a huge price discrepancy and nothing is posted for women on the website.
