To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! Not to mention I was misquoted on the price from the very beginning. $1,400 down the drain. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I also do want to highlight that my esthetician Gillian is awesome. She is a very skilled waxer and knows how to wax properly. I've had estheticians from various EWCs in the past that needed more training or needed to develop more confidence and skill with time, but Gillian is genuinely amazing.

Her suite has a luxurious spa feel with soothing music, calm lighting, and a comfortable room temperature. She provides a cleansing cloth prior to the session for self-cleaning, applies some cleansing oils beforehand herself to maintain the skin, and during the session applies soothing products immediately after the wax and before moving on to the next section. She tests the wax on a small area of skin before starting to make sure the temperature is comfortable, and she explains how she never double dips, which I greatly appreciate. Very clean! She takes her time, and the pain was very fleeting (what pain?). You also get a soothing aloe gel application at the end, PLUS a little gift bag with a body cream sample & and an after-care tips card. I highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

She has a great energy, she is so knowledgable, and has top of the line equipment from Europe (before it even gets to the US many times), treatments are so relaxing, and her products actually WORK. K, now if you want the short novel: To be honest I was skeptical to get a treatment because it's the Wild West when it comes to ingredients and there's so much crap out there, plus my skin reacts to so much... BUT. I just had my first treatment with Spela and I'm sold. I have always struggled with very dry skin and I also have lot of food allergies- (especially gluten). Despite being super conscientious about what I eat and what I put on my skin, I kind of resolved that my best skin would always include redness and bumps on top of the dryness. Then, in the last two months, I got a new member to the club- I developed some serious issues with the edges of my mouth being constantly cracked and then my skin all around my mouth basically cracking off. gross I know. I hadn't told Spela any of my gut issues or allergies and she read my face like a book- immediately pointing signs that out that my gut must be very upset with me lol and my gross mouth situation was peri oral dermatitis and possibly a B12 deficiency (which I know I have). She was immediately so encouraging we were going to fix it all (if I promised to do my part of the work- she was very clear on that lol). She sent me home with a regimen and I'm not kidding, it's only one day/ 2 regimens later and my gross mouth is already like 50% better and my skin is glowing. I can't say my skin has ever felt "nourished", and that really is the only way I can describe what my face feels like. Overall, her whole space and the experience was so relaxing. I'll circle back in a couple months with an update- I finally have hope I can have control over my skin :)

The first appointment I had with her she could see right away that my skin was sincerely F'd up.. she was so gentle and only did what she could do. She set me up on a regimen.. and I'm always skeptical, like sure this cream or serum is going to change my life..but let me tell you... I listened to her and followed what she said. I could feel the difference. She gave me strict instructions about what to do and what not to do. 4 weeks later I came back for a facial and was blown away by my before and after pictures.
