I was curious because I'd never tried a B12 shot before, and I followed up on the offer card provided at check in. The staff were INCREDIBLY warm, welcoming, and generous. They talked me through the process and what to expect--quick poke, a little more energy and wellbeing. And they were totally true to their word. The stick was painless and today, the day after the party where I drank a little more than I probably should have, I'm feeling great. Amelie's hospitality was fabulous--coffee, tea, fizzy water, and a gift bag, plus super-friendly conversation, lots of personal attention, and a totally professional service. These folks clearly know what they're doing and they were so warm and sweet despite the fact I was just taking them up on a freebie offer. And they wouldn't even accept a tip, because they're a med spa! I'll definitely go back for facials and other services the next time I stay at the hotel.
