She was incredibly thorough, taking time to explain exactly how the treatment would work, where she would place the needles, and what I could expect to feel. Her gentle approach and detailed explanation really put me at ease. She has amazing bedside manner, and I could barely feel the needles as she worked on the areas affected by the rash, which had spread across my stomach, back, and neck.
