I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Rishi Agarwal and felt compelled to share it for anyone…read morewho may be feeling anxious about their care. From the moment I walked into his office, I was warmly greeted by his receptionist, Janelle. In fact Janelle had already been communicating with me several times that day, working with me and helping me to get my X-Rays and reports so that Dr. Agarwal could look at them before I arrived. Upon meeting Dr. Agarwal, he immediately demonstrated a truly outstanding bedside manner. He was incredibly reassuring and empathetic, as my situation was a bit complicated, and he took the time to patiently listen to everything I had to say without rushing me. I never felt dismissed or hurried--in fact, he made me feel like my concerns genuinely mattered. What stood out most was how thorough he was. He carefully explained all of my treatment options and was refreshingly honest, even noting that the data for the recommended procedure for my specific condition showed mixed success rates. He made sure I understood all the potential benefits and the risks. That level of honesty built a lot of trust. He was also clearly not focused on just "getting the procedure done." There was absolutely no pressure. In fact, I initially left the office because I was scared to go through with the epidural. While sitting in my car, I realized that if I was going to have this procedure done, he was the only doctor I felt comfortable trusting. So I went back in and asked if he still had time to see me. Even though he was just about to start his lunch break, he didn't hesitate--he welcomed me back and said he could do it. The procedure itself took about 10 minutes, and throughout the entire time, he explained everything he was doing step by step. That made a huge difference. I felt calm, informed, and not afraid. I'm incredibly glad that I went back. Just three days later, I'm already experiencing significant improvement in my pain. I'm not at 100% yet, but the difference compared to earlier in the week is remarkable. What truly sets Dr. Agarwal apart is his level of care and accessibility. He encouraged me to reach out with any questions, and when I did, he responded promptly and thoughtfully. It's rare to find a doctor who combines skill, honesty, and genuine compassion the way he does. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physician who truly puts patients first.

I also want to give a very special thank you to the lady at the second-floor front desk. She has been sitting at that same desk for the last several years that I've been coming here, and she is always so polite and helpful. I am sure Synovation appreciates having an employee like her representing them at the front; she makes every visit better. Additionally, thank you to Janet, Dr. Corrado's assistant on the third floor. She has been great with coordinating between the doctor and my insurance, handling authorizations, and providing any other help I need. I was treated by Dr. Stender for TMJ and the treatment completely ruined my teeth alignment,…read morecausing me to have an open bite. The night guard he gave me helped alleviate my pain, but it's not supposed to shift your teeth. He did not monitor my use. Within 6 months, the damage was done. My primary dentist noticed the change. I went back to Dr. Stender and he was adamant that the night guard would not cause such changes, so we took photos and compared them to the photos that were taken before treatment. I'm obviously not a dentist, but even to me, the before and after photos showed very obvious changes in my teeth. What was completely upsetting was that while we looked at these photos together he said that it was the camera angle, and that the photos do not show change. He did some biting "tests," even when we reviewed the data I thought it showed there was changes in my bite, but he still denied it. I TOOK THE PHOTOS TO 4 DIFFERENT DENTISTS WHO ALL AGREED THERE WAS SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN MY TEETH AND THAT IT WAS DONE BY THE MOUTH GUARD DR. STENDER PRESCRIBED ME. Only after I finally replied to his auto generated survey from his office, did he contact me and say that he can continue to treat me with the mouth guard, but will monitor further changes by measuring the gaps in my teeth. I went back once, but ultimately decided 1. I can't trust somebody who blatantly lied about something so obvious 2. His method for moving forward, didn't seem very logical. I just finished orthodontic treatment which thankfully fixed the problem, the Orthodontist said that it was a difficult condition to fix. My treatment at Dr. Stender's office cost me thousands of dollars, time, and stress.

The IV ozone has also been incredible for healing my immune system and calming my nervous system. I am very sensitive to EMFs and experienced numbness when driving by 5G towers until I used IV ozone several times with Dr. Santiago. Now, I haven't felt the numbness when driving by them since using the IV ozone. I also got two separate prolozone injections in my shoulder that I had had 3 different surgeries for, but still wasn't feeling okay. It has been about two years since receiving Dr. Santiago's prolozone injections, and my shoulder is still doing just as well as it was 2 years ago.
