What stood out to me was how much she listened, how thoughtful she was, and how committed she was to helping me get to the root of what was going on instead of just brushing past my concerns. Since then, I have confidently referred other people to her because of the positive experience I had. I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank her and show my appreciation for the care, support, and attention she has given me. She has been a blessing.

She truly understands that meaningful health isn't achieved in a few rushed visits, but through an individualized process that looks at root causes rather than just managing symptoms. As a mid-30s mom of two who is generally healthy but has had lingering concerns that conventional medicine never really explored, I finally feel heard. Dr. Santiago is incredibly methodical and research-informed, yet her approach feels very human. She takes the time to explain how different systems in the body are connected and helps you understand why things are happening, which makes you feel like an active participant in your care rather than a passive patient. What stands out most is her clarity and honesty. She sets realistic expectations, educates you throughout the process, and creates care plans that are truly personalized, not protocol-driven. Even at the very start of this journey, I feel confident that I'm in capable hands and on a path that supports real, sustainable health. As a bonus, every single member of her team is wonderful. From the warmth and professionalism to the calm, inviting space, the experience feels unlike any medical setting I've been in before. My nurse drew my blood while I was mid-conversation and I genuinely didn't even notice, that's how skilled and gentle they are. It's simply a joy to be cared for in an environment like this.

I'm almost 50... I don't want to just be "healthy" and I don't want to "settle" for average health. I want to be fully optimized in order to show up in a peak state for my family, my work, myself activities and mostly myself. So I take the time and the diligence to research and review potential enhancements and solutions that accommodate and complement my goals. I take them to Clement Lee and we create a protocol that's custom for my needs, wants and wishes. In the process he clears up the confusion and provides expert Insight into proper dosing and use (or even avoidance) of the options I'm wanting to consider. He's been a very accurate and highly effective resource for my success. I highly recommend.

From the moment you walk in, the environment is impeccably clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed--it strikes the perfect balance between medical office and a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain each treatment in a way that feels both informative and reassuring. I typically come in for B12 shots, (I recommend the Honey Badger) , and the process is quick, seamless, and handled with great care. Efficiency, level of professionalism, and attention to detail is what you receive throughout the entire visit. I've personally noticed a meaningful improvement in my energy levels and overall sense of well-being following my treatments. Equally important, I feel completely confident in the safety and quality of care provided here. Scheduling is easy. You can call or check the schedule online. Appointments run on time, and every interaction reflects a high standard of service. NOTE: Parking is free for the first 90 minutes, but keep in mind the day and time you go can make it a challenge to find parking. Give yourself time. You park in the same lot with A LOT of restaurants. You need the code to get into the office building. No appointments passed 5pm and not Saturdays. I will absolutely continue coming back.

It took me a lot of time, strength, courage to write this review because of how deeply traumatized…read moreI am about my experience. This is a long review, but please read the entire thing if you are thinking of coming here for treatment. I was under the care of Clement Lee and he not only put my life in danger, but he took financial advantage of me. His actions were unethical, greedy and should have his license revoked. I'm convinced majority of these reviews are fake by the way he treated me. It's a shame because I wanted to trust him and give him a chance because he is of the same heritage as me. First off, he prescribed me 17 different supplements without doing any testing to see if I actually needed any of these. I also informed him of how I had limited funds of $10k to spend on treatment (I haven't worked for 2 years due to debilitating chronic illness. I have legitimate financial trauma due to being sick, which he knew). After only ONE visit, I spent a total of $4180 (tests, supplements, visit & an overpriced sauna he recommended that he got a % of). Long story short-- the protocol he put me on was way too harsh for the state I was in and nearly put me into an adrenal crisis. I had to go to the ER. This was at the end of May and I am still recovering. I was barely able to lift my head off my pillow. I called his office multiple times, pleading with the front desk that something was terribly wrong-- their answer was always "you're just going through detox symptoms". It was reminiscent of the times I got gaslit and dismissed by conventional medicine. After I went through my adrenal situation, I called the office informing them and they answered "you need to book another visit" which is another $400! Not knowing what to do and feeling absolutely helpless, I turned to multiple chronic illness related Facebook groups and shared what I was going through. Several functional doctors reached out to me as a result-- I spoke with them through private message and shared my test results with them. EVERY SINGLE of them said that the protocol was way too overboard, dangerous for my condition and that what he did was extremely unethical. I saw another functional doctor for a proper consult, and he said that I did NOT need the majority of these expensive supplements for my condition-- as a matter of fact, he told me that some of them were making me much worse. He also agreed that the protocol was dangerous, extremely greedy and unethical. This new doctor informed me that Dr. Lee did a "shotgun approach" which is basically playing a guessing game with my illness and often times increases symptoms, incurs unnecessary costs & delays the identification of the most effective treatment. With my limited funds, my treatment should have been more precise to target my actual illness-- like prescribe me supplements that I actually NEED that would have helped me. I also have severe ptsd from medical trauma from conventional medicine-- those with chronic illness know exactly what I'm talking about. I also had a major surgery this past January-- another trauma. And I ALSO have financial trauma. I have complex ptsd from all this that he knew about, yet still took financial advantage of me and put my life in danger. Safe to say that this experience pushed me over the edge. It took me so long to write this review because I feel frozen in my body with all of this trauma. I'm sure I invoked fear in him because I asked the office multiple times for all my medical records related to my case & he ended up personally calling me-- I told him everything that happened including the severe retriggering of cptsd and he offered to read my test results for free over the phone to see what was going on with me. He quickly went through my bloodtests, but did not go through my mold or gi map test. I asked him if he was going to go through them, and he said the following week-- but of course I never got a call from him. Extra credit: They even mishandled the blood draw & left me a big bruise. Experiences like mine are the reason why naturopaths have such a bad rep for being quacks. I will never let this go. I will continue to tell my story on every platform possible. That money to him meant nothing as he carelessly risked my life over it. I think it's important that I continue to share my story so other people won't fall into the same situation that I did.

However, Dr. Reem was able to recommend supplements that helped me and helped me feel less fatigued (especially, since these issues leave me very anemic). I had two significant problems while under her care but each time, I had to call multiple times before I received any feedback from her. If I brought up any issue during an appointment, her only suggestion was for me to have the pellets inserted more frequently or to purchase another supplement from her. At my last appointment in September of 2025, I was told that she will begin charging $400 every month for her services, and justifying it by saying it will allow her to provide better patient care. A dedicated doctor would not need to charge a $400 monthly concierge fee to provide excellent patient care. When I first saw her, she was working three days a week; now she's only working two. She is not dedicated to her patients; she is dedicated to making money. There is a card on the desk where patients check out that advertises 10% off her services if you give her a five star review on Yelp. That tells you everything you need to know about her.
